Calum: Your throat felt as if you swallowed venom after having another shot, all in an attempt to forget about your ex. You found him in your bed sleeping with another girl, your bed. You screamed at him to leave your apartment and threw his and the strange girl’s clothes out the door. He kept apologizing over and over, today was your two year anniversary after all. Your first instinct was to erase every memory of him. You tore picture frames off the walls, put all his belongings in boxes, threw away every gift he’s ever given you, and removed the spare key from your door matt so your now ex boyfriend can’t enter your apartment. You opened every cupboard in your kitchen, swallowing every ounce of liquor in site. The liquor grew strong and you became emotional. You sobbed on your kitchen floor not knowing whether to feel sad, hurt, or angry. Somehow you felt like this was all your fault, that you could’ve stopped this from happening. This boy has loved you for two years, but how many other girls has he lusted over during that time? Your sobs became screams and soon you heard a knock on your apartment door. “Excuse me y/n? It’s your neighbor Calum. Is everything alright” your neighbor shouted through the door. You stumbled to the door and desperately tried to open it. Calum walked into your apartment to find bottles of alcohol spilled on the floor and photo albums scattered everywhere. “Y/n you are going to get alcohol posoining, whatever happened isn’t worth this. Tell me what happened in the morning. I’m going to get you cleaned up.” This was exactly like Calum, he warned you about your ex and was always here when you needed him.Calum always checked up on you whenever your ex and you fought, or you just needed someone to vent to. He helped you change into clean clothes and poured every bottle down the drain. “I’m not leaving you alone y/n, not like this. Please stay the night with me. I’ll take care of you”
Ashton: The first time you met Ashton’s friends was at the 5sos house to watch Fifa together and to go for a midnight swim later on. You were nervous at first, but the boys warmed up to you so easily. Calum grew fond of you and decided you were his new workout pal. After hours of soccer, pizzas, and swimming; the night approached. You could tell the boys were tired and decided now was the time to leave their house. “Babe you should stay the night. I don’t think the boys don’t want you to leave” Ashton giggled as he pointed to the three boys pressed against the front door, armed with nerf guns that will be used for your departure. “Well, I guess I don’t have a choice now. Your friends are holding me at gun-point after all.” You smiled. Ashton kissed you softly, his friends now love you and you have so many memories to make with them.
