Y/N was tired of being a hitman. She didn't want to kill or hurt anymore people. She wanted a normal life. But she couldn't tell her boss no. He kept roping her into more situations where she had to kill more people.

Y/N had just got out of the shower when there was knock on her door. She answered it and a man with sunglasses handed her a Manila envelope.

"Where's Marcus?"
"He told me to tell you that all the information is in the envelope."

He turned and walked away, leaving Y/N standing in her doorway with a confused look. She shook her head and walked by into her apartment. She sat down at her kitchen table and dumped the contents from the envelope out.

She read through the papers and saw her hit's name, Barry Berkman. She slapped a hand on her forehead as she kept reading. She had to kill a fellow hitman who was working for the Chechens. Y/N could not get over the fact that he was hot.

By the time she got all of her gear together, it was already 11 P.M. She got into her car and drove drove to where his apartment was located. After waiting for about an hour, he emerged from his apartment, got into his car, and drove off. She followed behind him and looked at the surroundings when he finally parked his car.

A confused look came to Y/N's face as she noticed that she was back at her apartment building. She watched as he exited his car, cocked a gun, and walked towards her apartment building.

About ten minutes later, she saw him walking back towards his car, tapping his head with the gun in his hand. He looked around and stopped when he saw her car with her in it. He made his way towards her car.

Suddenly, she flung her car door open and took off running. She was running as a fast she could when she tripped and  thankfully, landed in some grass.

She laid there in the grass with her hands in her head. She slowly sat up as she heard someone run towards her.

"Holy shit. Are you okay?"
"What does it matter to you? You know why we're both here."
"Yeah, but I don't want to kill you."
"What?"

Y/N gave him a confused look as he sat down in the grass beside her. He hung his head and sighed, thinking whether or not he should open up to her.

"I'm tired of being a hitman. I don't like killing people. I just want a normal life."
"I know how you feel. I've been trying to get out for awhile, but I keep getting dragged into more hits."

Barry looked over at her and saw tears brimming her eyes. He knew exactly how she felt. He wrapped an arm around her and rubbed her shoulder.

"So, we were never properly introduced. I'm Barry, Barry Berkman."
"I'm Y/N Y/L/N, and I didn't want to kill you either."

Barry smiled as she introduced herself to him. He suddenly stood up and stretched his hands out to her. She hesitantly grabbed his hands, and he helped her off the ground.

He stared into her eyes contemplating on whether or not he should make a move. He put his hands on her face and pulled her lips to meet his. She was surprised at first, but then she slid her arms around his neck, pulling him closer her.

When air became necessary, they both pulled away a looked at each other. Y/N started giggling at Barry, who was blushing. He looked up at her, a smile forming on his face.

"Let's run away together."
"What?"

She gave Barry another confused look as he stared into her eyes. He put his hands on her hips pulling her towards him.

"Let's run away together. We can leave our lives and start a new one together only if you want to. I mean it's probably a stupid idea. Never mind."
"No, I don't think it's a stupid idea. I'd love to run away with you."

Barry leaned down and kissed her again. He grabbed her hand and ran back to his car. Y/N grabbed her wallet and other important things from her car, then climbed into Barry's. He drove them to his apartment where they stayed the night, giving some rest for the big journey they had ahead of them.
