I Thought I Lost You (Willy)

Y/N loved working at the pool during her summer break from college. She loved watching the kids splash and play, but she absolutely loved working with her boyfriend, Willy.

They began dating at the beginning of summer after Y/N's first day at the pool. Willy had asked her out on a date, and she couldn't say no to him.

Y/N told Rusty that he could leave early, and that she would help Willy clean up. There wasn't much to clean so Y/N told Willy that she would do it all. He didn't argue with her as he open a beer and turned it up. She shook her head and started cleaning.

When she was finished, she walked back into the manager's office and saw that Willy had already drank four beers. She looked around for him, and suddenly, she heard a loud splash.

She ran out of the manager's office over to the side of the pool and saw that Willy had fallen in. When the water calmed, she noticed that he was struggling to swim back to the surface. She dove into the pool and pulled him up to the surface.

Y/N swam over to the shallow end of the pool and pulled Willy out onto the concrete. She saw that he wasn't breathing so she began performing CPR. She did compressions then breathed into his mouth. He didn't respond so she did more compression and breathed into his mouth again.

Willy suddenly raised up and coughed all the water out of his lungs. He looked at Y/N, and tears began to fill her eyes. He pulled her into a tight hug, and she cried in his shoulder.

"Hey, it's okay, Y/N. I'm okay."
"I-I thought I lost you."
"You could never lose me. I'm not going anywhere. Not ever."

Willy pulled back slightly and leaned closer to Y/N, capturing her lips in kiss. She kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck. He pulled away and connected their foreheads.

Willy was thankful that Y/N stayed behind to help him. He knew that if he would've been alone, he would have drowned. He was thankful for Y/N, and he always would be.
