Y/N absolutely loved the Blue Jean Committee. Clark was her favorite person in the band. When she heard that they were having a show in a town close to her, she knew she had to buy a ticket.

The show was absolutely amazing. Y/N loved every minute of it. After the show was over, Y/N snuck pass the security guards to the backstage area because she really wanted to meet Clark. She saw some amp cases that had Clark's initials on them, so she sat down on them and waited.

Clark was helping Gene and the rest of the band load up their equipment when he real sized that he didn't have his amp cases. He told the guys that he would be back, and he left to go find them. He made his way back to the place where he left them, and he saw a beautiful woman sitting on them. He walked over to her with a smirk on his face.

"Well, I don't think I've ever seen a more beautiful woman sitting on my amp cases."

Y/N jerked her head in the direction of Clark's voice. She tried her best to remain calm and not freak out about the handsome man standing in front of her.

"Oh my God! You're actually Clark Honus!"
"The one and only. What's your name, gorgeous?"
"I'm Y/N L/N, and I'm a huge fan."
"Well, Miss Y/N L/N, would you like to join me back at my hotel for a drink?"
"I'd love to."

Y/N stood up, and Clark grabbed his amp cases. She followed him as he walked back to where the rest of the band was. He introduced her to them, and she was trying her best not to have a complete fangirl moment. Clark loaded up the amp cases, and everyone said bye for the night.

He lead her to his limo, and he opened the door for her. She got in, and he followed. The drive to Clark's hotel was mostly quiet as Y/N was still processing the fact that she was in the car with Clark Honus.

They arrived quickly, and Clark got out of the car first, then he helped Y/N out. He wrapped his arm around her waist, and he lead her into the hotel and up to his room.

He opened the door closed it behind them.  Y/N sat down on the couch as Clark moved to the kitchen area to fix them a drink. He made his way over to the couch and handed Y/N her drink before he sat down. Y/N downed her drink and set the glass dow. Clark chuckled at her and downed his. She shifted closer to him, and he smiled.

"So, are you from around here, beautiful?"
"No, I live about two hours from here."
"Damn, you drove two hours just to see our show? You must be a big fan."

He shifted himself closer to her and placed a hand in her cheek. He looked deep into her eyes, and she slowly blinked them.

"Can I kiss you?"
"Yes, please."

Clark leaned in and connected their lips in a passionate kiss. He laid her down in the couch, and she pulled him on top of her without disconnecting their lips. Clark rested between her thighs, and Y/N moaned into their kiss as he ran his hands down her body. He pulled his lips off of hers and began quickly kissing down her neck as he tried to get her shirt off. She reached up and cupped his cheek.

"There's no need to rush, Clark. I'm not going anywhere, so take your time."

She connected their lips again, and Clark carefully picked her up and carried her over to the bed. He laid her down and climbed on top of her, and he took his time. He kept his movements slow and gentles, and their kisses were passionate and lustful. When they were finished, Clark spooned Y/N, and they drifted off to sleep.

The next morning, Y/N awoke to the sun shining through the window into her eyes. She attempted to stretch, but she realized she couldn't when she felt the arms around her tighten. She carefully slid out of his arms and off the bed. She turned and looked at how peaceful he was sleeping.

She carefully put her clothes back on and walked over to the bedside table. She grabbed the notepad and wrote Clark a note that said 'I had an amazing time with you, Clark. I'll see you around. Love, Y/N'

She laid the note down on the pillow beside his and ran her fingers through his hair before she left the room. She went down the elevator, and as soon as she exited the hotel, she noticed that she didn't have her jacket. She shook her head and decided that he could keep it as a memory of their time.

About six months later, the BJC reales their new album, and of course, Y/N bought it. She put the vinyl disk on her record player, and she read the back of the cover as she listened to the songs. The last song on the album was called The One Who Got Away, and it caught her attention. Usually, Gene had a part in writing all the songs, but this was only written by Clark. When the song came on, Y/N was shocked by the words.

'She was as beautiful as the California sunrise, as dangerous as the New York night life
She caught me by surprise and I thought about making her my wife
When morning rolled around, she was gone without a sound
Just a note is all I have left and her stylish coat, now I'm effed

She was the one that got away, even thought I wanted her stay
My arms feel empty without her here
What we had felt true, but now she's out of my view
I need her more because my heart hurts down to the core

I miss her, and I long to kiss her
She gave me love, then flew away like a dove
If you ever came back, my heart would have an attack
Y/N, this song is for you, please return soon

She was the one that got away, even thought I wanted her stay
My arms feel empty without her here
What we had felt true, but now she's out of my view
I need her more because my heart hurts down to the core
Yeah, she's the one that got away'

Y/N couldn't believe that Clark Honus actually wrote a song about her and sang it on the album. She didn't think that she had effected him at all, but the song begs to differ. She knew how he really felt now. She definitely had to get a ticket to their next show closest to her, so she can see Clark again and hear him sing this song live to her.

(The lyrics to Clark's song we're written by me 😁)
