I Hate Scary Movies (Bill Hader)

Y/N had always hated scary movies. She got scared very easily. The littlest things could scare her. Bill, on the other hand, he loved scary movies. He could watch them all day long.

Y/N was sitting on the couch, reading her favorite book, when Bill flopped down on the couch beside her. She looked over at him, and he had a goofy smile on his face.

"What's that smile for?"
"I have the perfect movie for us to watch."
"I better not be scary-"

Before Y/N could finish her sentence, Bill pulled out a DVD case, and he handed it to her. She sighed as she read the title of the movie.

"Bill, you know that I hate scary movies."
"Come on babe, please. This one is my favorite."
"Exorcist 2 is your favorite?"
"Well, it's one of my favorites. Can we watch it please? I promise I'll keep you safe."
"Okay."

Bill hopped off the couch and put the movie in. He settled back onto the couch beside her. He pressed play, and Y/N snuggled into him, holding him tight.

The movie began, and Y/N covered her face. Bill looked over at her and saw that she had her face covered. He made a joke about the the movie, and she uncovered her face as she tried to hide her laugh.

Bill saw Y/N's react to his joke, and he smiled to himself. He began cracking more jokes, and Y/N began laughing harder.

Before Y/N knew it, the movie was over. She had successfully watch a scary movie from beginning to end with Bill's help.

As the credits for the movies rolled, Y/N leaned over and placed a sweet kiss on his lips. They pulled back, and he smiled widely at her.

"Thank you for helping me watch a scary from beginning to end."
"You're very welcome."

Y/N turned the movie off, and she turned on her favorite tv show. She pulled Bill down onto the couch and cuddled into him. He smiled and kissed the top of her head. He decided that he was going to protect Y/N during every scary movie from now on. He always wanted to be the person at made her laugh through scary movies.
