"Baby!" Mark giggles, as Scott attacks him with kisses on his shoulders and back of his neck. "Baby, I'm trying to wash the dishes!"

"I missed you today," Scott says, wrapping his arms around Mark's waist.

"We just had dinner together," Mark says, raising an eyebrow.

"That doesn't make up for the hours I missed with you." Scott says.

Mark finishes washing the dishes, allowing himself to lean back into Scott for a moment. "You're lucky I love you."

"Yeah, yeah." Scott says. "I love you too."

"Let's get ready for bed," Mark says, and Scott agrees.

They brush their teeth, and Mark is doing his skincare as Scott waits in the bed.

"Baby, you're beautiful, come cuddle." Scott whines.

"I do skincare for me. The fact that it makes me all smooth and pretty for you is a bonus," Mark giggles, turning the light off in the bathroom.

"Come to bed," Scott groans, when Mark leaves the bedroom.

"I need a water bottle!" Mark yells, running downstairs.

"Every single night," Scott says to himself. "We need to keep them up here."

Mark is back in less than a minute, with two water bottles. "I got one for you too," He smiles, laughing when Scott rolls his eyes.

"Thanks," Scott laughs too, "Can we cuddle now?"

"Mhm," Mark gets into bed, and Scott wraps his arms around him.

Scott lets out a long breath, and Mark puts his hands over Scott's.

"Were you tense, baby?" Mark asks.

"Mhm. Long day. Just wanna hold you."

Mark turns around in Scott's arms, facing his beloved. "I'm right here. Wanna talk about it?"

Scott shakes his head. "Nothing bad happened, I promise. It was just a long day and I'm happy to see you, sweetheart."

Mark nods, looking at Scott's features. "Kiss me?" He asks.

Scott leans in and slots their mouths together, and it's perfect. They kiss, and it's perfect.

Scott is smiling, breaks the kiss.

"Baby?" Mark pouts. "What's going on?"

Scott is still smiling. "I just love you." He says. "I'm sorry. You make me smile."

"Sometimes I just want to kiss you but you go all 'Heart-Eyes Hoying' on me."

Scott laughs, kissing Mark's forehead. "You deserve all of my heart eyes. Does that even make sense?"

"I think so?"

Scott turns off the lamp, pulling Mark close. "I love you, sweetheart."

"I love you too, baby."
