scott peers around the corner and smiles when he sees that mitch's computer is closed.

"hey, sunflower," mitch says, and scott blushes, realizing he was noticed. "i'm done working, wanna cuddle?"

scott nods his head and smiles, then heads over to mitch. he lays down next to him and wraps his arms around his waist, resting his head on mitch's chest.

mitch wraps his arms around scott as well, placing a kiss to the older boy's forehead.

scott sighs contentedly and speaks. "missed you today, mitchy."

mitch places a kiss to scott's hair and scott blushes. "i'm sorry, baby, i had to work. but we can cuddle for a while, take a nap, and watch a movie later. how's that sound?"

scott cuddles closer to mitch, "sounds perfect," he says, and mitch runs his hand along the baby fine hairs on the back of scott's neck.

scott's breathing eventually evens out, and mitch looks down at him with adoration. so fucking cute, he thinks.

and with that thought, mitch falls asleep too.
