"I'm nervous," Mark says.
"Hey. Scott loves you and I'm sure he can't wait to start a family with you. Even if he's not ready, I know he'll be right by your side through this whole thing," Chris, Mark's best friend, says. "Although I've never had to deal with male pregnancy myself, you and Scott will handle it perfectly. I know it."
"What if he thinks I'm disgusting because I can get pregnant?" Mark asks.
"He's going to find out sooner or later, Marky. You said you want to keep the baby, right?"
Mark smiles and places his hand on his belly. "Yeah. I've always wanted one."
"And I know Scott will support you through it. Go tell him, okay, Mark?"
Mark sighs and nods. "Thanks, Chris."
Mark drives home from Chris' house and arrives home to see Scott cooking. "Hey, Scotty," he wraps his arms around Scott's waist, and places a kiss to his back.
"Hey, angel." Scott turns around. "How was Chris?"
"He's good," Mark says, stepping back a bit, "I have to tell you something, though."
Scott sees the concern on Mark's face. "What is it, Marky?"
"I..." Just say it, Mark. "I'm pregnant."
Scott's eyes widen. "You're what?"
Mark nods, though his face doesn't change. "I'm pregnant. I'm having a baby, Scotty."
"You—We're having a baby?" Scott asks.
Mark's face breaks out into a grin. "Yeah, honey. We're having a baby," He giggles.
Scott breaks out into a grin as well. "Oh my god," he places his hands on Mark's belly. "There's a little baby in here," he says.
Mark giggles. "There is," he says. "Our baby."
"Our baby," Scott repeats, "You're gonna be the best father," He says, smiling at Mark.
"Scotty," Mark giggles, "You're gonna be the best father."
"I love you," Scott says, kissing Mark once.
"I love you too," Mark giggles. "I can't wait to start this family with you," he says.
