Da ging Hamor, Sichems Vater, hinaus zu Jakob, um mit ihm zu reden.

Hamor kommt mit dem Bericht seines Sohnes zu Jakob und will mit ihm eine mögliche Ehe der Kinder aushandeln. Hamor ging also hinaus, genau so wie Dina hinausging. Hamor verlässt seine Grenzen um mit Jakob zu sein, so wie Dina hinging um mit Sichem zu sein. Es ist wieder einmal die Seite Sichems die aktiv ist, während die Seite Dinahs eher passiv ist. 

Also the author may be giving a subtle appraisal of Hamor and Shechem's offer. That the Hivite men omitted any reference to the sexual attack may be chalked up to wise strategy, but the bottom line is that they do not offer compensation for the offense. From their negotiating position, no transgression has occurred and thus the offended family receives no satisfaction for the robbery of their daughter's honor. That Hamor "went out" (yāṣāʾ) as a clear allusion to Dinah's action (v. 1) implies that Hamor should be making amends by addressing the incident responsibly. In other words, the reason he "went out" was precipitated by the events that ensued when Dinah "went out."
