Hello floppy dishtowels! Long time no type! I've missed you all lots like tater tots.
This past weekend was my cousin's wedding and I got to walk down the aisle! She looked beautiful and it was so fun to be a bridesmaid!
If I get married, you're all invited. No matter what. Ahem. Off topic. Sorry.
Anyway, it's been a very busy week and I'm finally getting back to writing!
I may or may not have gotten The Amazing Book is Not on Fire.... It's gold. And Demi album tomorrow! 5SOS is a few weeks! So much excitement!

I hope you're all doing well and taking care of yourselves. It's crucial that you're caring for you above others. Drink some water. Take a nap. Eat some cereal. Read Kenzie's fan-fiction wink wink. Just do something you enjoy doing and get away from the world for a little while. You deserve to be happy. So promise me that you'll take care of yourself.
Here's a little mission for you. I know it sounds cheesy, and not many of you will do it, but I'd love it if you did.

I want you to send me a picture through Instagram (kkn51) or Twitter (KenzieKNolan) of you with something that makes you happy. Use #ICanBeHappy I will do the same if I get a few from the dishtowels :) I love you.

So why is this chapter titled Lucifer Rising? I'm glad you asked. Me, myself, and Kenzie, have been dealing with major Luke feels lately. I'm sure you know the feeling. So I'm going to curb those feels and write about Lucifer himself. Enjoy.

Luke's fingers danced across your bare lower back, whilst trailing kisses on your shoulder.
"Y/N. Wake up for me love." He whispered in a raspy tone. "Let me see your eyes."
You moved slightly against his touch and sighed in your dream state.
His chuckle vibrated against your skin and his warm breath made you tingle.
"C'mon baby. Please. For me?" His voice was barely above a whisper. You stretched out and moved your body to face him and opened your eyes. His blue ones lit up and his sleepy smile made you melt. The stubble on his cheeks and chin made him look more rugged, when in reality, he's a giant teddy bear. His blonde hair was sticking up on one side of his head while the other side was matted against his temple.
The lip ring that could make you shiver, clicked lightly against his smile. Being the first thing to wake up to, you smiled at his perfect imperfections.
"Good morning starshine. The earth says hello." Luke spoke, his voice deeper in the mornings.
"Morning Lukey." You stretched your arms up and Luke took advantage of that, moving on top of you.
"Oof. Hi Luke." You giggled softly.
He dipped his head to your collarbone and left soft kisses to your skin.
"Hi beautiful. I have something to tell you."
You looked at his face and ran your fingers through his hair.
"Go ahead babe."
His hands gripped your hips lightly and he smiled down at you.
"I want you to go away with me." He said, grinning. You blinked at him and moved your hands over his shoulders.
"Where to Luke?"
"I was thinking Greece. Your Hercules obsession wore off on me and I want to see the real thing." You smiled and nodded, kissing his cheek.
"I'd love to."

A few days later, your bags were packed and Luke's were...well not.
"Babe do you want me to help you?" You asked, crossing your arms.
"I got it!" He managed to shove a hairdryer along with his whole closet into a medium sized suitcase.
"Baby we're only staying for a week. Not a few months." You teased and he stuck his tongue out at you.
"You never know." He winked and zipped the bag.

The airport was a mess. Security took twice as long and lines everywhere were crowded.
"Luke we're never going to make it." You sighed, standing on your toes to see over the line.
"I wouldn't say never." He picked you up and squeezed his way through the crowd towards the gate.
"Luke the hell?" You squeaked, getting squished between him and an old dude scratching his ass.
"Sorry babe. I'm just trying to get there quicker." He grunted and pushed through.
He set you down once you got to the gate and handed you your ticket.
"Wait. First class? Luke how did you?" You asked confused.
He smirked and slung his carry on over his shoulder.
"I've got my ways."

First class was interesting. Squishier chairs, champagne, and hot towels galore. The air hostess found her way to Luke almost immediately and turned on her charm.
"Hello sir! Can I get you anything?" Her smile looked like it would break from being so stretched out.
Luke patted your knee and grinned up at her.
"Actually would you be able to bring myself and my girlfriend a glass of champagne?" When he said girlfriend, her smile seemed to grow bigger.
"Of course! I'll go get that right away!" She wobbled off and Luke kissed your forehead.
"C'mere beautiful." He wrapped his arm around your shoulders and brought your body into his.
You rested your head against his chest and reveled in the warmth that was Luke. The sunshine lived in him and shone through his actions. It always seemed like there was a gleam of yellow light when he smiled.
"Y/N? You Ok?" He asked, breaking your daydreams.
You glanced up at him and grinned.
"I'm perfect."

Greece invited you in with its architecture and history from the get go. The hotel was amazing with its ethereal gardens and marble like structure.
"Luke this is beautiful." You breathed, looking at the sun setting behind the city of Piraeus. His arms circled around your waist and pulled you back against his chest.
"Beautiful view for a beautiful girl." His body against yours relaxed you and brought you security. It didn't matter where you were; Luke was your light. Your home.
