'calum can you please come over? he won't stop crying.' and calum heard his boyfriend sniffle so he said yeah and ran over to his house because even though they'd been together 4 years, ashton's ex (who he didn't know was pregnant) just dropped the kid off with him last year because she was getting married and moving to america (he didn't even ask..) but even though it was unexpected ashton didn't mind, he loved having a son, except for right now, so calum walks into the flat twenty minutes later and into the nursery of the two year old, kissing ashton's forehead and telling him to go to sleep 'cal but—' 'sleep. now. it's late.' and ashton sighed and nodded, going to bed and calum picks the baby up 'hey noah..what's the matter huh?' and calum cuddles him to his chest and starts to sing disconnected and he instantly stops crying, so he snorts and giggles, kissing his forehead and he sings him to sleep, ashton still watching from the doorway and realizing how lucky he is.
