calum and luke had adopted their first baby girl because they were too lonely and old to not have kids, they were 30 already so luke wakes groggily to crying from down the hall so luke looks at his husband sleeping peacefully and smiles, kissing his hair before slipping out of bed and walking down the hall 'aww baby girl..' he said quietly, picking her up and holding her, her crying turning to whimpers 'oh that's all you wanted?' he giggled, kissing her head 'just wanted cuddles from daddy? i'll give you lots of those' and he walks her around the house until she's completely calm and it's four am and luke figures he could just stay up so he lifts her up in the air as she giggles, until he lowers her and kisses all over her face and she squeals 'who loves you? that's right, daddy loves you!' he cooed at her, before giving a soft 'weee' as he lifted her back up and down again and calum watched from the doorway with a smile as he watched the two most meaningful people in the world.
