Enjoy.

Your POV:

"Welcome to Orlando. We're here to prepare for the SheBelieves Cup!" Jill said.

"I wish I could be the She that leaves." Whitney mumbled.

I laughed. "Something funny, L/N?" Jill asked.

"Nope." I said. She continued speaking. Whitney took a sip of water. "But this tournament is hilarious." I mumbled.

Whitney started choking.

"Ok, you two need to be separated. Get to work."

I patted Whit's back. "You good my friend?"

"You're too savage I hate you." She walked away.

"I heard that." Ashlyn walked over. "That deserved an award."

We got to work. "I am going to miss you in Chicago." Julie said as we warmed up.

"I know. I'm gonna miss you too, JJ."

"Promise you'll be at my wedding?" She whispered.

"Wouldn't miss it." I smiled.

"Good. I expect you to be there."

"I will be, don't worry."

"Be where?" Kelley walked over.

"Movie night. In my room tonight. Chicago tradition."

"Don't know if you heard Johnston." Becky walked by. "She's an FCKC girl now."

"Hey!" Christen yelled. "Once a Red Star, always a Red Star."

"I play for Boston." Whitney sighed.

"Who beat FCKC twice if I remember correctly." Julie said.

Whitney smiled. "Have I mentioned how happy I am that we are friends?" Whitney put her arm around JJ's shoulders and they walked off.

After practice and a team meeting, we got to relax in our rooms. I was rooming with Rose.

Got a date tonight.

I read my mom's text.

"Oh! Go  off mama L/N!" Rose smiled.

There was a knock on the door.

"NOT IT!" Rose and I yelled.

"I said it first!'

"IT WAS A TIE!"

"I'm older." I said. "I was faster."

She groaned and got it. "What do you want?"

"Nice to see you too, Casper the Friendly Ghost." Sam walked into the room. She flopped onto my bed.

"Can I help you, Mewis?"

"Yes. Your girlfriend is a pain in my ass."

"Not my girlfriend." I smirked.

"YEAH! THAT'S FUTURE WIFE TO YOU!" Kelley flew into the room.

"Jesus it followed me." Sam mumbled.

"Babe, leave Sam alone."

"I have a bad experience with people named Sam."

"No. You have a bad experience with Aussie's named Sam. I'm just a Masshole!"

I unlocked my phone.

Let me know how it goes.

Sam and Kelley started arguing.

"I would have to room with fucking big foot over here!"

"BIG FOOT!?! YOU JUST PISSED THE FALCONS BLEW A 28-3 LEAD!"

"YOU HAD TO GO THERE!"

"If y'all are gonna fight can you go do it in your room?"

"Y/N, how much do you love your future wife?" She got off my bed.

"A lot which is why she's my future wife."

"Because you are my friend, I won't kick her ass tonight. Think of it as an early wedding present." She looked at Kelley. "You're lucky, O'Hara." She pushed her.

"Fee-fi-fo-fum." Kelley said as Sam left.

"Babe." She looked at me. "Can we have 1 camp where no one wants to kill you?"

"Well too late now for that huh?" She smiled.
