Labrys x Fem!Reader (P4AU)

Since Labrys' life consisted of mostly fighting in the past, you wanted to help her branch out find out about other things in life. When you proposed the idea to her, she looked so excited! 

Although the Kirijo Group was very busy most of the time, luckily there was time for Labrys and you to do your own thing. You made sure to thank Mitsuru to which she just waved you away with a composed smile. 

"So, is there anything you specific you wanted to do? Or something you wanted to see? You questioned. As she wasn't exactly human, she had to wear a large coat to cover her robotic parts. 

Her red eyes surveyed the street with curiosity. "I dunno, what is it that you an' the rest do?"

"Well, let's see..." A finger to your chin, you pondered it. "We just have our jobs to keep us busy most of the time, and I've got schoolwork."

Labrys' blank expression softened into slight sadness as her eyelids dropped. "School, huh."

"Ah, but, there's a lot of other stuff!" You told her. "We can check out the shops if you want!"

"Shops? What dya'they got there?" She asked. 

You smiled, glad to see her short gloom disappear. "It depends on where we go! Come on, let's go hit the town!"

With a cheerful giggle you linked arms with her, crossing the road once it was clear of cars. Labrys blinked at you, unsure of what you meant.

"Hit it? Ain't it too big of a target for that?" 

"I-It's a saying. Don't worry about it!"

True to your word you brought Labrys to the shopping area, where she looked around in awe. 

"Wow, you guys sure go all out." She observed, raising her head to look around more. "What's that thing?"

You followed where her gaze rested, seeing a mannequin in one of the store windows. "That's a mannequin. They use it to show off clothes that an be bought inside." 

Turning your head, you nudged her. "Want to go in?"

Labrys' current expression showed uncertainty as she glanced at you and the mannequin. "But, there ain't really a point of me goin' in. I don't need stuff like this, since..."

She looked down, looking at her metal hands. Wanting to lighten the atmosphere as well as her spirits, you pat her shoulder, promoting her to look at you once more.

"It's not a matter of 'needing' to. Just do it because you 'want' to." You beamed at her. "It'll be fun! And I'm sure you'll look really cute."

Bright ruby eyes widened, and the hands that she held in front of her were now by her cheeks. "O-Oh..."

"Let's go in then!" You proclaimed happily, already opening up the door and heading inside.

Labrys faltered behind you, too distracted by the sudden and new feeling of warmth in her cheeks. "What was that?"

You reappeared by the door, waving. "C'mon, Labrys!"

Her hands fell by her sides and she quickly nodded. "Yeah, got it!" 

She entered the shop after you, tearing her gaze away from you to instead survey the clothes. There were so many styles, not to mentions colours and sizes. It was unlike anything Labrys has ever seen. 

An involuntary "Woah..." left her lips, and you held back a giggle at the sight. With all the things she went through before, you were happy to show her some of the more light hearted things in life, even if they were as silly as clothing.
