Junpei Iori x Female!Reader (P3)

Being like any other high schooler, you school life consisted of studying, seeing friends and the like. Recently, you've also had to do things... Unlike any other high schooler.

Quite recently you had unlocked the power of persona, when confronted by a monster you recently learnt was called a 'shadow'. Everything was still a little confusing for you, but after joining S.E.E.S, they helped you understand. However even when your persona's use and creation was explained, you couldn't wrap your head around it. That caused one of the members to come to a decision. 

"I'd imagine it'd be best to see how it works firsthand." Mitsuru said calmly. Yukari's head shot up.

"W-Wait, is that really a good idea? She still has no idea what she's doing!" She argued.

Yukari's frustration didn't seem to faze Mitsuru, as she only smiled just as calmly as she did before. "Yes, that is why Iori and you shall be accompanying her."

"Wait, us too?" Junpei looked as if he had just started listening to the conversation, looking quite puzzled. You knew him as well as Yukari from your class, Junpei especially as he has caught your eye.

You looked down at the carpet. Honestly, you felt a little awkward just standing here as people talked about you. You could as least admit you'd appreciate some help though.

"U-um," without thinking you had spoke up, making everyone in the room turn to you. You had no choice but to continue speaking.

"I... If I have the same power as all of you, I want to use it to help! So... I'd really appreciate the help." Your voice got quieter as you spoke, not unnoticed by you.

Mitsuru nodded. "Thank you, L/N. Yamagishi will be your navigator, and Arisato will be joining you as well."

The teal-haired girl bowed lightly, offering a shy smile. Minato simply nodded at you. 

"Right... Um, but how will I learn 'firsthand'? You said we'd fight those... Shadows on a full moon, and it'll be ages before that happens." You voiced your confusion. 

Mitsuru let out a confident hum, closing her eyes. "By using Tartarus, of course." 

It was the first you had heard of it. "Tartarus?" You echoed.

Akihiko crossed his arms, a grin on his face. "The home of shadows, the perfect place to train." 

"I see..." You replied. "Wait, the home of them?! Isn't that too dangerous?"

"Not at all, you must have more confidence in yourself. Besides, with each floor you ascend, the shadow's strength increases. We will have you and the rest travel the first floor for now."

Mitsuru's elegant reply had calmed you down a bit with how sure she sounded. You finally nodded, understanding.

"O-Okay. So when will we go?" You questioned.

"Tonight should be good." She answered. 

"Tonight?!" You repeated in your shock. 

"Yes, tonight. That won't be a problem, will it?" Misturu's calm demeanour was now much icier, her tone demanding. 

Another upperclassman spoke up. "It'll be easier than you think. Still, be prepared." 

Akihiko smirked at you. His confidence seemed to effect you, somehow giving you more courage to fulfil your task. 

"Alright, I-I'll do it." You said. Mitsuru chuckled.

"Good to hear. Takeba, Iori, Arisato as well as Yamagishi and L/n, meet here later. I trust everyone excluding L/n is familiar with traversing Tartarus, yes?"
