San Valentin

-"I'm not sure this is gonna work"- Akko said nervously walked sid to side on her room,while Lotte and Sucy looking at her.

-"Why not?"- Lotte asked.

-"Is Diana for crying out loud!"- She screamed slumping on her bed.

Lotte leaned in since she was in the bed of the top, looking down at her friend.

-"I think is going to work, I mean you have been practicing that spell for days, just for her, beside you have a beliving heart, aren't you going to believ in yourself?"- Lotte said in a sweet tone, giving the brunette a new found hope.

-"Yeah, I mean, is not like failing this would do anything out of the usual, it wouldn't be the first time either"- Sucy snicker, looking at Lotte giving her a dirty glare and Akko just stood up ignoring her comment.

-"I'm leaving"- She said taking her wand and broom walking out, as soon as the door was about to close, she heard Lotte speaking to Sucy that what she did was wrong.

Akko shook her head,walking down the hallway, stopping right in front of the blue team's door.

'This is alright, right? Ugh... I'm so nervous I feel like puking' - 'I should better leave... but what if it goes different than I imagine?' - 'Why do I have to be so fricking curious!?' - 'Oh fuck, oh fuck,calm yourself, take deep breaths' - 'Nop, not working' - 'This is way worst than taking an exam'

She shook her head dissipating the thought out of her mind, slowly taking a deep breath and letting it out, lifting her hand and knocking the door.

At first nothing was heard, but after footh steps were getting closer, making the nerves on the brunette grow bigger, almost sweating.

'SHIT! I shouldn't have done this, I should hav...' Her thought were interrumpted by a blonde, that appeared after opening the door.

-"Akko? What do you want?"- Diana said in her usual stern voice, but confused to why the brunette would want her.

-"Would you ride the broom with me?"- Akko asked, her hand sweating and her whole body trembling, not to mention her heart was going to get out of place if it decided to beat even faster.

Diana glance inside the room, looking at the empty dorm, before glancing at Akko 'cute' she thought noticing the blush the girl had.

She nodded and stepped out of the room, signaling Akko to lead the way, she knew Akko could fly, since her magic had came back after the battle with the missile monster.

Diana notice the awkwrd way the brunette was moving, and the trembling.

-"Akko are you alright?"- The blonde asked stopping and taking the brunette by the hand making her stop.

-"Y... ye... yes"- Akko stutter out,watching at Diana lift her hand, and place it on her forehead.

-"Akko! You are hot!"- She screamed feeling her hand become a bit warm,by the girl.

-"May... be... but... I'm... alri... ght"- She mentally slapped herself for being so nervous in the moment.

Akko turned around walking away, Diana followed her, the got to the roof of the door.

-"Tia Freyre!"- Akko screamed, more loudly than intended, but being nervous didn't even help her lower her voice.

She started flying, Diana hesitated before getting behind the girl, passing her hands on both side of the brunette and hugging her, making the girl in front of her tense.

The broom started to rise, the more it rise the more green light appeared around her. The blonde notice that a soft whisper could be heard from in front of her, she leaned a bit, making her front squeeze with the brunette's back.

Akko was singing a song, that she made, using the magic that still was connected to the shiny rod.

-"Just so you know, I don't hate you, everything I said back then, was me being envious of you"- Akko started, stopping the song, turning every single green spot of light, turning into an animal. -"So, I don't know how to say this, since even thought is a small word with a big meaning, is not enough to describe how I feel right now about you, but... I love you"- As soon as she finish saying that, the animals started to run around them, before turning in a colored teddy bear plushy with a necklace that said 'Will you be my valentine' and a box shaped heart of chocolate, saying 'Happy Valentine's day' on top, slowly falling toward Diana's hands.

-"I'd understand if you don't feel the same"- Akko said, standing on the broom, and sitting again but looking at the blonde, the glancing down.

Diana smiled, looking at the gifts, then back at Akko, not saying a word, thinking she didn't had to, she took Akko by the chin lifting her head up, admiring the girl's red eyes, combined by the light of the stars.

She leaned in, non of them closing their eyes, not of them daring to lose the chance to save this moment for their whole life, non of them wanted to think it was just a bad dream they have. They wanted so badly to memorize, and save this moment in their minds.

-"I love you too"- Diana whispered before, meeting the girl's lips.
