Diana woke up in the middle of the night, unable to sleep, she glanced to her side, remembering that Akko had stayed the night in her dorm.
-"Why do you have to be so close yet so far?"- She whispered, taking off the hair on the girl's face.
She leaned in, looking at the girl's lips -"I want you so bad"- She whispered again, her lips were inches away from the brunette.
-"Mommy"- Diana heard a sniff, she analized the girl again, tears streming down her face -"Don't leave me"- Akko cried in her sleep, struggling a bit.
Diana's expression sadden -"My love is not what you need right now"- She whispered,before carefully pulling the girl toward her hands.
-"Diana?"- The girl's sleepy voice asked.
The blonde slowly looked down,noticing the girl still was with her eyes close.
-"Yes, Akko?"- She slowly said, not sure if the girl was asleep or was pretending to be.
-"You won't leave me, right?"- She slowly open her eyes, her eyes still red by crying, her eyes had a bit of hope in them, but a fear reflection still lingers.
Diana leaned placing a small kiss on the girl's forehead.
-"I would never leave you"- Diana said confident, meaning to keep that promise.
Akko purred, still softly crying, snuggling to Diana's body.
Diana looked throughout the window, and the moment she heard the low cute snore of the girl,she let out a l9ng sigh.
-"I wonder when you'll truth me with your past"- She whispered, before placing another kiss on the girl's forehead, before cloaing her eyes, drifting off to sleep.
