-"Akko!! Will you please pay attention!"- Chariot screamed watching as the girl played with a pencil.

-"Is sooooo borrrring!"- Akko whined slumping on the chair.

-"Will you please pay attention Akko? If you keep this up the others won't be able to learn if you keep distracting the professor"- Diana's stern voice was heard, but it was still goofy.

Akko groan -"Whatever"- She said looking toward the front.

She'd expect a reply, but it never came, she glanced back seeing Diana a bit stressed with something.

After classes Akko waited outside the classroom being the first one to come out, when the blonde came out, the brunette pushed herself away from the wall.

-"Hey, Diana"- She said first, the girl didn't answer.

-"Diana!"- She screamed again, still no response.

-"Yo! Diana, I'm speaking to you"- the brunette walked toward the blonde annoyed, lifting her hand on the girl's shoulder and abruptly turning her.

-"Are you ignoring me?"- Akko asked about to snap out.

Diana quickly shook her head an apologetic look on her face.
Starting to move her hands around making a few signs.

Akko tilted her head in confusion -"What are you doing?"- She asked in a chuckle.

-"I-i'm s-sorry, I c-can't hear y-you"- Diana said in a low whisper, blushing slightly.

Akko's eyes open in surprise, now looking guilty -"You are deaf?"- She asked slowly for the girl to understand.

Diana nodded in response, looking at the ground not wanting to meet the girl's eyes.

Akko shook her head, hitting herself in the face, realizing how stupid she looked.

She turned around rushing away from Diana, the blonde looked up, after not seeing the shadow of her companion, making her nervous.

-'I hope she doesn't hate me'- Diana said to herself letting out a sigh and turning around to keep walking to where she was going.

-"Lotte!"- Akko screamed bursting throught the door, startling the girl who was reading her favorite novel.

-"Y-yes?"- She said looking down to the brunette.

-"Do you have any book to learn signs?"- She asked curious.

Lotte lifted an eyebrow weirded by the girl's sudden interest -"Yeah, in the upper rack of books in the corner, why?"- she finish asking.

Akko ignored the girl and searched for the book, picking up a few she found, after finding them she rushed to her bed and started to look at them.

Few weeks later, Akko walked into the classroom, seeing Diana in the back alone, she nodded to herself and sat on her seat, paying attention and writting everything the professors would said.

When classes ended she picked up her things and walked toward Diana, waiting for the girl to look at her.

The blonde looked at Akko and the brunette smile.

-"Can we go to the library?"- Akko slowly said and after Diana understood, she nodded.

They both walked to the library, Diana occasionaly glancing at the brunette asking herself on why.

They sat in a table a bit hiden from everyone and Akko placed her books on the table.

-"Do you have everything the professors said?"- She signed out surprising Diana.

The blonde quickly signed -"How do you know sign lenguage?"- she asked in disbelief.

Akko blushed glancing away -"I practice it"- she signed out before stopping, glancing back at Diana -"For you"- She finish, placing her hands down.

Diana's face became red, not knowing what to say -"T-thanks"- She said out loud in her goofy voice.

Akko shook her head pushing her notes toward the girl, changing the topic -"I wrote everything down, since I notice Hannah and Barbara didn't came, and you were having trouble to understand"- She signed out.

-"You didn't have to"- Diana signed out looking at Akko with puppy dog eyes.

-"I didn't, but I wanted to, beside, I want to get to know you"- Akko signed out, leaning in and placing a soft kiss one the girl's cheek.

Diana glanced away, her heart rate speeding up, feeling butterflies on her stomach.

-"Alright"- She finish signing out hiding herself behind one of the notes she picked up.
