We went straight to the bar so we can run in the street. We're here to go hard, get wasted and party all night long. I'm looking for my shawty. Tomorrow is my birthday, I'm a bit excited.

"Cheers!" We raised our glasses.

"Para sa Sports Fest! Wooh!" Ace shouted. I guess he's drunk already. Maingay na eh...

"Pretty girls are approaching," ani Gerald sabay tawa. "Coach Rudy? May nakita ka na bang magadang babae?"

"Magadang babae?" Pang-aasar ni Ralph kaya natawa kami. Kung  baluktot dila ko, mas matindi 'to. It's okay naman 'cause he grew up in US.

"Okay magadnang babae," he tried to correct it but he failed.

"Say ma-gan-da," sabi ko kay Gerald. "'Pag hindi mo nasabi 'yan ipapadeport kita," pananakot ko. My teammates were listening and waiting for Gerald to commit another mistake. Ready na silang tumawa.

"Magadna," he said confidently.

"Wala itapon na 'yan," sabi ko sabay tawa.

"Tagalog time," ani Ace. "Bawal mag-english." He stoop up and dance. "Sydney bati na tayo!"

Weaksh*t...

Ralph pulled his shirt. "Hoy ano ka ba? Nandito nga tayo para mag-enjoy tapos magdadrama ka?! Upo rito!"

"Ang t*nga ko kasi eh!"

"Hayaan mo na 'yon, hahanapan ka na lang namin ng iba," I said. I tapped his shoulder twice. "Tara, maghahanap tayo ng MAGADA!" Sigaw ko sa mukha ni Gerald. Tumayo kami at dumiretso sa dancefloor to look for beautiful girls. "Excuse me?!" I called the attention of a young lady standing right in front of me. "Are you pretty?!" I tried not to shout but I can't help it. The music is so loud.

"What?!"

"Wala bingi!" Sabi ko sa mga kasama ko. We continued looking for a woman who can pass our standards.

"Tae wala!" Sigaw ni Billy. "Let's go back there!"

"Wait!" Coach Rudy walked in front. "Can you see that?" Tinuro niya 'yung nag-iisang babae sa island.

Babae nga ba?

Lalaki ang upo eh...

"Oh sinong matapang?" Nakangising tanong ni Ralph. Nagkatinginan kaming lahat, nagpapakiramdaman lang.

"Okay she's mine," I said. I fix myself. I winked so they started cheering.

"Woooooh!"

"Go Sean!"

"Aye! Aye! Captain!"

I sighed heavily. She's drinking when I sat next to her. Our eyes met, she immediately put down the empty glass. My heart fluttered when I finally saw her face.

Goddamn it...

So pretty...

But wait! She's familiar!
