Your Pov:

I sat in the office, waiting for everyone to return. Today had been Clay Terran's memorial service and the anniversary of Trucy's father's death.

The office door opened and the three entered. Trucy and Apollo looked as if they had been crying. Mr. Wright looked tired. I stood and approached Mr. Wright as the other two sat on the sofa and hugged each other.

"Please rest. I'll take care of them..."

He silently nodded and walked into his private office, shutting the door. I sat on the sofa next to the two of them. I sighed. "Everything will be alright..." I pulled them into a hug. Trucy buried her face in my neck as Apollo hid his face in my shoulder.

"B-Big sis..."

"(Y/n)..."

I freed one of my arms and reached into my bag, pulling out a tape recorder. It was the only memory I had left of my father and mother. The first track was a song being played on a guitar by my father. The second was the same song, but with my mother singing the lyrics.

I played the first track and took a deep breath.

"Remember me...Though I have to say goodbye..."

The two clinged onto me tighter. Trucy looked at me, tears dripping from her eyes with every blink. I brought her hand to her locket, gently wrapping her hand around the pendant as I wiped her tears away. She whimpered. "I miss him..." I swallowed the lump in my throat and continued.

"Remember me...Don't let it make you cry. For even if I'm far away, I'll hold you in my heart~"

I looked down at the table, spotting the photo of Clay and Apollo. Apollo's face was still buried in my shoulder. I rubbed his back, feeling the way his body heaved with silent sobs. Both of their worlds had taken a hit and went dark. But before they knew it, the sun would rise again.

I looked towards the window. The sun was setting, casting a beautiful glow over the sky. The sky was devoid of clouds, making way for the glittering stars that reminded me of my mother.

"I'll sing a secret song to you each night we are apart~"

Apollo pulled away from my arm and grabbed the photo off the table. His thumb traced over Clay as his hands started to shake. I gently grabbed his trembling hands and helped him place the photo back on the table. I directed his gaze towards the window, where the twilight sky could be seen. A shooting star shot across the horizon, catching his attention.

"Remember me, though I have to travel far. Remember me, each time you hear a sad guitar..."

The two had calmed down a bit, but they would still need time to properly grieve and process everything. I could even feel myself becoming emotional as I tried to comfort them. It reminded me of how I felt when I had to come to terms with the fact that I would never see my mother or father again. I thought I was alone until I found Trucy and Apollo.

"Know that I'm with you the only way that I can be..."

I reached up and touched the earring on my left ear. My mother put it on me when I was a baby and since then, I've only taken it off a select number of times.

Even though I couldn't even remember her face, I could remember how much she loved me

Even though I couldn't even remember her face, I could remember how much she loved me. And in that way, I kept her memory alive.

"Until you're in my arms again...Remember me~"

As the guitar ended, I stopped the recorder and put it away. I looked at the two as they wiped their puffy, red eyes. "Just as you thought of them when they were alive, they'd want you to do the same now. They want you to remember them at their happiest."

I continued. "And...they may not be around physically, but they're there. And they'll always be there. Never forget that." They hugged me tightly, new smiles on their faces.

"Thanks, big sis. I feel a lot better."

"I'm fine. I mean...I feel better too. T-Thanks..."

I smiled.

"That's all I wanted. Take all the time you need. I will always be here for you two..."
