Celebrity Life (Klavier x Singer! Groupie! Reader)

A/N: Here, reader is more of a roadie than a groupie, but I used the latter term for the sake of the story. Also, I can't find the requester's comment, but this was requested! Takes place post-Apollo Justice like the band didn't break up!

Request!

Your Pov:

I sat backstage in the empty dressing room, preparing for the show. We did our weekly singer drawing and I was picked for this show. I sprayed some perfume and checked my makeup before slipping into my costume.

As I finished, a knock came from the door. I spoke. "Come in." The door opened and Klavier entered, shutting the door behind himself. "The show's going to start soon." I turned to him. "Well, I'm just about ready. What's the song for tonight?" He sat down in the chair next to me, snapping out a beat.

"We picked from the hat, but it went better than expected. Our last song of the night will be 'My First Kiss'."

I rose a brow. "Oh? Are you over reusing your own songs?" He chuckled. "Like I said fraulein, we picked from the hat. Anyways, you're on back vocals for the entire concert, so we'd better get to the stage." I stood from my seat. "Let's go then." The two of us left the dressing room and entered the stage wings. The curtains were closed and the murmurs of the audience filled the air.

The rest of the band stood on stage tuning their instruments. Klavier handed me a headset. "It's time to rock. Let's get the crowd jumping." I made sure the headset was on right before joining the band on stage. Klavier gave the stagehands the signal and the curtains slid open. The crowd screamed as they caught sight of the band. Klavier grinned, waving to the crowd.

"Achtung, baby! Let's get this party started!"

The music started up, guitar riffs and drum beats filling the air as Klavier's voice mingled with them.

Each song passed quickly but the adrenaline never faded. My heart was beating out of my chest and in time with the music. The bass rang in my ears as the final song came to an end.

Klavier grabbed a microphone as the crowd started shouting for an encore. He chuckled.

"Alright, alright! Don't worry frauleins, we have one more surprise for you. (Y/n)?"

I took off my head piece and grabbed a spare microphone before joining him on stage. The crowd screamed as the music started up one more time.

The two of us put on our best performance, the smiles never leaving our faces. The crowd's screams filled the arena, heightening the rush of adrenaline. I could see sweat starting to appear on Klavier's forehead, but he paid no mind to it. Luckily, I applied enough spray deodorant and other products to avoid that.

The song came to an end and Klavier and I headed back to the dressing rooms. An announcement came over the arena intercoms.

"If you have meet and greet passes, please head to the front left of the stage and present your pass to the guard. Thank you."

I flopped into my chair and tried to catch my breath. Klavier sat next to me, wiping at his sweat with a towel. "That was one of our best shows yet. And you've been our best act, fraulein." I shrugged. "I'm just trying my best." The door opened and the guard entered, followed by the fans for the meet and greet. The fans were quietly freaking out.

Klavier turned to the guard. "Thank you. You may go." The guard turned and left. Klavier got up and greeted the group, giving out autographs and taking pictures. Some of the group came over to me.

"You have such a pretty voice!"

"You're so talented!"

"Are you two dating? Power couple!"

I froze at the girl's words. I caught Klavier's gaze for a moment before looking back at the group in front of me. "Thank you...and, um, no. We're not dating." A voice, a slightly nasally and posh voice, spoke up.

"That's a relief, then. Someone like you...doesn't belong with someone like him."

I turned my gaze to a girl. She had blonde hair, but her roots were dark. She wore designer clothes and held a designer handbag. She stepped closer to me. I spoke. "Excuse me?" She scoffed. "You really are stupid, aren't you?" I saw her hand lift and swing towards me. I closed my eyes and waited for the impact, but nothing happened.

Then, I heard Klavier groan. I opened my eyes only to find Klavier on the floor, holding his nose as blood gushed from between his fingers. I quickly grabbed a towel and pressed it to his nose.

The other fans were nice enough to remove the girl from the room. I looked at them. "Thank you. We'll have to cut this meet and greet short, but just put your addresses on that notepad over there and we'll send you tickets and passes for the next show here." After they did that, they left.

I looked at Klavier. "You're an idiot. I think your nose is broken." He chuckled, then winced. "J-Ja..." I helped him stand. "Keep that towel on your nose. We have to go to the hospital." I let the rest of the band know before taking him to the hospital. When we arrived, he was taken back right away.

After an hour, a nurse took me to the exam room he was in. Klavier sat on the exam table, his nose covered in a white plaster splint. I sat in the chair next to the table. "Looks like she did a number on you, huh?" He looked at me. "Well, I couldn't let her punch the girl of my dreams, could I?"

I froze. "G-Girl of your dreams? You like me...?" He nodded. "I'm not one to be shy, but you already knew that. So?" I jokingly scoffed. "I love you too, you idiot." He leaned towards me and I leaned in to meet him halfway, when his nose plaster got in the way.

We pulled away. I giggled.

"Raincheck?"

"Raincheck. Just until I get better, fraulein."
