I poked my head out from my bedroom door, listening for any signs of my brother being awake. I grinned when I heard loud snores coming from his room. I slipped back into my room, locking the door. I opened my closet door and pulled out a black club dress along with some heels. I got dressed and did my hair and makeup. I texted my friends to come get me and they arrived within 20 minutes.

I opened the window and quietly jumped outside, shutting the window behind me. I got into the car and we drove off. We turned up the radio and sang to all the songs. Soon enough, we arrived at a club downtown. My friend, Jana, turned to the rest of us, "Here. We won't get in without these." She handed us each a fake id. I nodded, "Ok, let's go have a good time!" After that, we heading into the club, easily fooling the bouncer.

Jana and my other friend Candy headed to the bar while I went to the dance floor with Lola. We danced together for a bit before Lola went off to dance with a guy. I swayed along to the music, watching Jana and Candy have a drink-off. Just then, I felt to hands on my waist. I looked over my shoulder to see a fairly attractive guy. He looked to be in his very early 20's and if I was being honest, I was 16. I smiled at him as a faster song came on. We danced together for a while. I would look over every once in a while to see my friends giving me thumbs ups and other obscene gestures.

After a while, the song ended. I pulled away from the guy, "I had a great time dancing with you. I'll see you around." Before I could leave, he gripped my wrist, "You're leaving already? Why don't we get a few more drinks and then go back to my place?" I shook my head as I started to feel anxious, "I can't. I promised to be my friend's designated driver." I ended up with my back to a wall. I tried to look for my friends, but he kept blocking my view. I bit my lip, "Please, I need to go." Then, he tried to kiss me.

I moved my head to the side, avoiding it. Just then, he was pulled away from me. There was a thud and I looked up to see Phoenix standing over the guy who laid on the ground with a bruise on his face. Phoenix turned to me and gently but firmly gripped my wrist as he tugged me outside. My friends followed. Once outside, he spoke.

"What is wrong with you?! What the hell are you doing downtown?!" I looked down, "I-I'm sorry. I just wanted to have fun and we decided to come here. I didn't think that would happen." He sighed, "You're lucky that I was there, because your friends certainly weren't paying attention." I tilted my head, "How did you know I was here?" Phoenix pulled out his phone, "GPS tracking family app, remember?" I winced, "Now I do."

He frowned, "Now, we're going home. You're in trouble, but since you didn't drink, I won't ground you that badly." I nodded and got into the car, watching as Lola helped Jana and Candy into their car. With that, Phoenix started driving us home. He spoke, "I'm a bit mad at you, but I want you to know that I only want to protect you. You're my sister and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you got hurt." I bit my lip, "I know. I understand. You just want what's best for me." We got home after that.

We headed inside and to my room. We stood together in front of the door. I sighed, "Thanks for saving me. Goodnight." He hugged me and I hugged back. He spoke, "I love you,
(Y/n). Goodnight." With that, I walked into my room, my anxiety calmed.
