A/N: This is another investigations character. This will take place in the first case he's in. I haven't seen the second case with him. So I apologize in advance.
Your Pov:
I stepped into the prison, a guard by my side. The place was the same as I'd always remembered it. We stepped through the door to my husband's isolated cell. I stopped in front of the cell, the guard turning and leaving. The candles in the cell lit up, revealing my husband and Anubis. I smiled, "Hello my love."
His head turned in the direction of my voice and he approached the bars with Anubis, "Ah, how have my dogs been treating you, my dear?" I smiled, "Anput and I are just fine. But she has missed Anubis." Anput whined at my side to alert him of her presence. He grinned, "Yes. Anubis has missed her as well. How are the puppies?" I smiled, "Anput delivered a healthy litter of 6 pups. 3 boys and 3 girls. All as black as the night itself."
He nodded, "Good, good. Training must begin soon for them. I will have more bells made." I petted Anubis through the bars, "It will start in 3 days. After their training is complete, they will be stronger than 3 men combined. Anput is a prime example of that." He chuckled, "Yes. She never lets a target escape alive."
I held his hand through the bars. His thumb brushed the ring on my finger.

A matching plain black ring sat on his own. We had been married for 3 years before he got caught. I played a big role in his crimes. I was also an assassin but I wore a fox mask during my kills, so the police never even recognized me. They just assumed I was an innocent bystander.
How stupid.
He clasped our hands together, passing something between them. He pulled away. I brought my hand back to see a familiar bell. I knelt down to Anput and tied it to the front of her harness. Anput stepped forward, the bell ringing out. I smiled, "Thank you for that. Things haven't been the same without that sound." He chuckled.
"You know where to take it." I sighed, "Of course. But, when the White Fox strikes, you'll know." He only smirked and retreated into the darkness.
I left the prison and headed home. I got dressed in my kimono and mask.

I grabbed my dagger and slipped it into my thigh holster. I grabbed Anput and left the house. Night had fallen, making Anput mostly disappear. We stepped into an alley, making our way to the back. We waited in the shadows. Then, a young man entered the alley. He was on the phone. I stalked through the shadows.
I snapped my fingers. Anput lunged from the darkness and grabbed the man. I quickly slit his throat, Anput's bell ringing being the last thing he heard. We left the alley as police sirens echoed in the distance.
My husband would be getting word of this soon enough.
