Fix It (Apollo x Pregnant! Reader)

Your Pov:

I sat in my bedroom, tears streaming down my face. I was feeling conflicted. My boyfriend, Apollo, had left me a month ago, claiming he needed space to think. A few weeks after being apart, I started vomiting a lot and having stomach cramps. I went to the doctor, fearing that my assumptions were correct. They were.

I was pregnant.

When it was confirmed, I wanted to call Apollo and tell him, but at the same time, I didn't know if he even wanted to talk to me. So, I didn't tell him. But now, I was conflicted because I couldn't raise this baby on my own. I wanted Apollo to be there. I sighed and picked up my phone. I turned it on, seeing the screen saver.

It was a picture of Apollo and I at the beach. We sat together under the umbrella, smiling. I frowned and pulled up Apollo's contact. I pressed the call button, placing the phone to my ear. It rang for a while. My stomach dropped when he picked up the phone, "Hello?" I bit my lip, "H-Hey Apollo..." He spoke, sounding a bit relieved, "(Y/n), it's you. What's going on?" I hesitated before speaking, "I'm p-pregnant Apollo." It was silent for a few seconds. I spoke, "Apollo, are you there?" He spoke quickly, "Y-Yeah, I'm here. Is...is it mine?" I scoffed.

"Of course it's yours." He swallowed, "Did you confirm it with a doctor?" I looked over at the doctor's papers on my nightstand, "Yes." He coughed, "C-Can you meet me at the coffee shop we used to go to? I want to talk about us..." I bit my lip, lying through my teeth, "There's no us, Apollo. I've moved on. I just need child support from you. That's it." As long as he agreed to that, I wouldn't have to face him for a long time. Then, he snapped at me, saying something shocking.

"Hell no! You can either come home and we raise our child together or you can leave my name off your bastard child's birth certificate."

He continued, "I'm not letting you do this to me, (Y/n). I love you. The biggest mistake I've ever made was letting you leave." I took a deep breath, tears welling up in my eyes, "I love you too, but, how can I trust that you won't leave me again?" He spoke, "I promise that I will not leave you ever again. I only left because I...was scared. I thought that you would decide that I wasn't good enough and leave me, so I left first. I'm sorry."

I took a deep breath, "I'm sorry too. I lied just now. I'm not seeing anyone. I only said that because I didn't want to see you with a new, better girlfriend. But, I'll meet you at the coffee shop. Give me 10 minutes." He sighed in relief, "Thank you for giving me another chance. I'll see you there. I love you." I smiled slightly, "I love you too." With that, I hung up. I got dressed and headed out to the coffee shop. I found an empty table in the back and sat down. After a few minutes, I heard footsteps stop im front of the table. I looked up.

Apollo was standing there. He sat down, "Hey." I spoke quietly, "Hi. Here." I handed him the doctor's papers, letting him read them. After a few minutes, he put them down, "You're a month along?" I nodded, "A month and a few days now." He gently gripped my hands, "I'm going to be here from now on. For you and our baby. I promise." I smiled, "I know. And, I love you. So, so much."

He leaned across the table, gently kissing me, "I love you, too."

"Both of you."
