Your Pov:

I groaned as sunlight hit my eyes. I squinted, seeing Apollo opening the curtains. He looked at me, "Time to get up. We have a trial today." I sat up, then froze, cringing at the wet feeling under me. Apollo tilted his head, "Are you alright?" I nodded, "Yep. Just fine." I moved the covers away to reveal a huge blood stain on the sheets. I stood up and looked at the stains on my pants. Apollo's eyes widened, "Are you alright?"

I frowned, "I'm going to shower. I'll throw the sheets and stuff in the washer later." From behind me, I heard Apollo, "This isn't a spreadable disease, is it?" As I walked into the bathroom, I answered him in the most sarcastic tone I could muster.

"Yes. It's herpes. Now you have it too."

Then I shut the door behind me.

I could hear Apollo panicking as I started the shower. How could he not know what a period is? I'm pretty sure he went to high school.

I took my shower and got dressed, making sure to use a pad/tampon. I fixed my hair and makeup before stepping into the bedroom. Apollo sat on the now bare bed, talking on the phone with Athena, "I don't know if she was serious or not, Athena! How would you react if the person you were dating just tells you 'oh yeah, i have herpes and now you have them too.,'?!" Luckily, he had the phone on speaker, so I heard Athena, "Apollo, she's just on her period."

Apollo jumped, "What's that?" Athena burst out laughing, "Really?! You don't know what a period is? I'll let (Y/n) handle that. Bye!" Then, she hung up. I cleared my throat, "So, you mind telling me why you called Athena to tell her about what I said?" He blushed, "I..." I sat next to him, "I was being sarcastic earlier. And Athena was right. I am on my period."

I sighed, "And you can look up what that is on your own because I'm not explaining it to you." I watched as he looked it up on his phone. I laughed as his face changed here and there. Once he was done, he looked at me, "Are you alright? Need anything?" I smiled, "Yes. I'm fine. Now let's go before we're late to court."

We headed to the courthouse and met with Athena. I looked at her, "Not a word about this morning or I'll tell Simon you're the one who's been plucking Taka's feathers. " She deflated, "Fine..."
