Ace Attorney X Reader One Shots Vol. 2

I Think I Need Bleach...

Ok, so, today I was looking through ace attorney fanfics when I suddenly came across a MHA 'Dabi x Sister! Reader' The book description and tags were normal, so I decided to read the first chapter and take a break from AA. I wish I could unsee it.

Just to be clear, the 'Dabi x Sister! Reader' was only a sibling relationship and nothing else. People like to assume things sometimes.

The thing that made me almost die was what Endeavor, reader's father, does to her. Reader is second youngest at 17 with Natsuo, Fuyumi, and Dabi being older and Shoto being younger. After Rei is put in the hospital, Endeavor proceeds to train the reader to control her quirk. In this book, the reader has a combined powerful ice and fire quirk. She can create flames that depending on temperature can burn or give frostbite. Endeavor decides to set up a quirk marriage for reader, but cannot find a suitable match.

So what does he do?

He decides to be the suitable match. He finalizes a divorce with Rei but doesn't tell her about the quirk marriage. No one knows except him, the reader, and Shoto. Shoto knows because reader is most comfortable confiding in him. Reader does not go to a public school and has been homeschooled her whole life.

Reader tells Shoto that Endeavor only wants to go through with the quirk marriage so that she will bear an even more powerful child. This, of course, infuriates Shoto, but he's says nothing to keep reader from getting abused like their mother.

Reader bumps into Dabi late one night after running away from home due to an incident with Endeavor. Dabi recognizes her, but doesn't tell her who he is. After a few hours of talking, he asks the reader why she was walking in the cold and crying. Feeling like she can trust him, she decides to confide in him.

She tells him this:

The quirk marriage was coming together too slowly and Endeavor in his impatience, attempted to rape her to impregnate her. She managed to get away after Shoto fought off Endeavor. 

Dabi now obviously angry, tells reader who really he is and offers her shelter at the league. Reader worries for Shoto and Dabi offers to get him after she goes to the league. Reader agrees and he takes her to the league before sneaking to Endeavor's home.

He finds Shoto on the porch, blood on his face and burn marks all over. Dabi explains reader's condition and Shoto decides to go with him. Shoto tells him about what happened on the way to the league. He tells Dabi that he rushed into Endeavor's room after hearing reader's screams and saw what was happening. He burned Endeavor's back so that he'd let go of reader. Reader was able to get free and leave the house.

Endeavor came after him, thinking that he'd just ruined the quirk marriage plans. Which lead to Shoto standing his ground and coming out with a broken, bloody nose and burn marks. He tells Dabi that Endeavor came out worse. A black eye, broken nose, busted lip, and more. Once at the league, the two comfort reader while making the others stay away.

Reader ends up getting attached to Shiggy after he helps her through a panic attack from one of her nightmares. He also becomes attached when he finds out that reader's quirk negates his own when he touches her (yeah, that one cliche!). Shoto and Dabi don't like this, but prefer it over Endeavor.

Long story short, reader is forced into the quirk marriage but is saved before anything bad happens. She decides to stay permanently with the league and Dabi, but stays in contact with Shoto. And in the epilogue, introduces newborn (baby name) to their uncles Dabi and Shoto. Oh, and Shiggy actually cries when he finds out that he can hold his baby with all five fingers.

I'm still processing everything and I know it'll hit me like a truck when I finish processing.

But for now, I need bleach.
