"Naina," Sameer called her name for the fifth time in a minute, and she angrily stared at her annoying husband.

"Kya hai?" She asked him in a stern voice while monotonously looking for traditional clothes in the huge wardrobe.

"Tumhe apne aai baba ke ghar nahi jana?" He asked her normally, giving a puppy face.

"Nahi, weekend par jaugi, aaj sab busy hoge waise bhi," Naina said in a soft voice, bringing out two fresh corsets she had never worn, mentally deciding to wear them on frequent date nights with her hubby-chubby.

"Oh acha." Sameer mouthed in response, pulling his eyebrows together to form a convincing look on his face, and she meekly hummed.

"Kaha jaa rahi ho itni saj dhaj kar tum?" When his wife was seen taking out a forest green top and white bottoms. He couldn't help but ask her with questioning eyes.

"Apne boyfriend se milne. Any problem, Mr.Raut?" Naina replied to him with a wacky smile, casually wrapping the clothes around her left wrist, staring at his miffed expression in utter mirth.

"Yes! Your boyfriend isn't dressed up yet. Let him get ready first, darling." Sameer said amusingly, crawling toward the end of the bed and sitting by folding his knees.

"How do you know that?" She asked him desperately, pursing her lips.

"Because I am just wearing an old tee, aise me kaise tumhare saath date par jauga?" He spoke with cute eyes and protruded lips, his heart dancing in joy when his girl rested her hands on either side of her waist, throwing daggers at him.

"Tumse kisne kaha ki tum hi woh boyfriend ho? It can be someone else too." Naina shrugged off haughtily while acting all heroine, blowing wind on her soft white nails, and flipping her long loose hair wisps.

Sameer immediately got up, grabbing her hand and wrapping it on his back as he tugged his curved fingers under her chin, saying in a raspy voice - "Tumhara sab kuch sirf main hoon, samjhi?"

"Aisa zaroori thodi hai, meri life me aur bhi bahut se log hai." She teased him with a roguish smile, loving the resentful look framing his visage at her frisky comment.

"Hmm, hai...par jo meri position hai tumhari life me woh kisi ki bhi nahi hai." As he spoke, his voice exuded confidence and he leaned in to nuzzle her baby-soft cheek. The scent of fresh citrus filled his senses, sending his heart racing with unbridled joy.

"Ji nahi, aapse bhul ho rahi hai. Tumse pehle mere aai baba hai mere liye." Naina said with mild solemnity wrapping her countenance, and an amused grin stroked his lips as he replied to her sincerely, his fingers brushing her silky hair strands - "Woh toh sabke first priority hote hai...mere liye bhi meri aai meri first priority hai. But after her and my sister. You're the only girl in my life I love the most in this world, aur tum teeno bhi number one position par ho meri zindagi me. Samjhi Meri Nadan Bacchi?" He playfully poked her nose while guffawing, and she happily nodded her head.

"Acha hua tumne aisa nahi kaha ki aai baba baad me, pehle tumhari priority main hona chahiye hu." She quipped, making him sigh in disapproval.

"Naina, main selfish hoon, but itna bhi nahi ki tumse tumhare aai baba ko door kar dun. Mujhe kabhi mere baap ka pyar nahi mila hai, isliye main tumhare baba ka pyar tumhare liye bahut ache se samjh sakta hu, and trust me Jaan. Mujhe bahut khushi hoti hai yeh dekh kar ki meri rani ek rajkumari wali life jee kar aayi hai apne mayke me. Because meri Tai ko kabhi kuch nahi mila hai apne mayke me, na acha rehen sehen, na pyaar, na parivaar, aur na hi apne manpasand se kuch bhi laane ki ijazat. The terrible life she has lived here for years without complaining, I will never wish to give it to you, aai, and my daughter." His voice became heavy and rueful in the end, swathing his moist eyes with incalculable emotions and pain he was experiencing at this moment for not being able to provide his elder sister with comfort, bountiful happiness, mental peace, and money.
