Julia looked down at the sidewalk, her backpack slung over one of her shoulders as she walked away from the school.
"Hey, wait up!" Quinn ran to Julia's side, the two walking home together since their houses were only a couple minutes away from each other and were pretty close to Mckinley.
Julia smiled at the blonde before looking back down at the concrete.
"Hey, what's up? Normally you're the most talkative person in the world, constantly talking about Santana an-"
"Quinn, I'm fine," Julia sighed, not really wanting to hear the second part of Quinn's sentence.
"Is this about what happened in glee club?" Quinn questioned.
"Quinn, I told you I'm fine."
"No, you're not. You completely broke down in glee today because you were bottling everything up. And now that it's off your chest, how do you feel?" Quinn asked, linking her arm with Julia's.
Julia let out a long and drawn-out sigh, trying to give herself a couple moments to think about the question.
"I don't know. I mean...it was like...therapeutic in a way, you know?" Julia stared off into space as Quinn dragged her along.
"Yeah, doctors say music is like therapy or something," Quinn shrugged.
"Yeah, and it was amazing to just look into her eyes and physically see--and hear--how she feels about me. It makes me think that I'm...not the only one invested in our relationship. But at the same time-"
"No, Jules, you aren't gonna chicken out again! You have to tell her!" Quinn exclaimed.
"I know, I know, and I will. Just...when I find the right moment," Julia said causing Quinn to overdramatically sigh and Julia to laugh.
"Jules, there isn't a 'right moment', but when you do say it, it's gonna feel right."

Julia found herself in the auditorium, sandwiched between Layton and Santana, as she picked at her nails in boredom. Santana simply stared at the girl, studying her, and not knowing what to do.
Ever since their performance the other day, the two girls hadn't talked about what had gone down when the feelings that swarmed the choir room on that day. They hadn't really talked much at all, neither of them knowing how to start a conversation.
Suddenly, music started playing, tearing both Latinas away from their thoughts as the celibacy club, plus Carl, began to perform on the stage, wearing matching outfits.
Julia furrowed her eyebrows at the first few lines and glanced over at Santana who was already looking back at her. The two shared a look before Julia cast her eyes back on the performance.
But Santana kept her eyes on the girl next to her, not daring to take her eyes off of her. In that moment, gazing at her in all of her beauty, Santana made a promise to herself.
I'm gonna tell her. There's no way there isn't something more between us after what happened yesterday. I'd regret it if I didn't tell her.
And I bet she'll say it back. Well, I hope.

Santana took a deep breath as she walked up to Julia at her locker.
