"Escucha!  Soy de Lima Heights Adjacent y yo tengo orgullo! (Listen!  I am from Lima Heights Adjacent and I'm proud)" Santana screamed at the top of her lungs, Quinn, Mike, Sam, and Julia struggling to hold the girl back as she tried to charge at Rachel, everyone else staring n shock.  "¿Sabes lo que pasa en Lima Heights Adjacent? Cosas malas! (Do you know what goes down in Lima Heights Adjacent?  Bad things!)"

"Tranquila!  Tranquila! (Calm down!  Calm down!)" Julia screamed back at her best friend in Spanish, not even the Spanish teacher understanding the two girls as Santana relaxed just a little bit at the sound of Julia's voice.  "¡Venga!  ¡Afuera! (Come on!  Outside!)"

The other three let go of Santana as Julia dragged her by the waist and out of the hotel room, shutting the door behind them before finally releasing Santana.

"¡Tontos de mierda! (Stupid shits!)" Santana kicked the wall of the hallway as Julia leaned her back against the same wall, slowly sliding down it until she sat on the ground.

"Shush, you're gonna wake everybody up," Julia sighed before burying her head in her hands, it now being a considerably late hour of the night.

"How are you not pissed?" Santana asked in disbelief and rage, ignoring Julia's concern.

"Santana, I'd really like to kill RuPaul and Finnocence, but I have to deal with your crazy ass first," Julia groaned, rubbing her eyes.

"I mean, like, do they even know what self control is?" Santana continued to angrily yell.

"Boy do we know a lot about that," Julia muttered as Santana abruptly stopped in her fit of rage, looking down at Julia.

Santana sighed, doing the best she could to compose herself before sitting on the ground next to Julia, realizing that she would rather comfort her than leave dents in the walls.

"I mean, two years of hard work was ruined in a single kiss," Julia sighed, Santana still staring at the girl who hid her face in her hands.  "We can't even kiss in public, let alone on a stage with hundreds of people watching us.  Why can't people just feel what we feel?  Feel what it's like to hide."

Santana let out a sigh of her own, her hands going up to Julia's long hair in order to run her fingers through the raven mess.  At the feeling of Santana's hands, Julia picked her head up from her hands and moved it to Santana's shoulder.

"Why are people so damn mean?" Julia asked as Santana hugged her knees to her chest.  "When are people finally going to accept that some boys like boys, and some girls like girls?  It's the 21st century for god's sake, it's not medieval times or whatever."

"People suck.  They think we're devils or something because of the stupid bible which doesn't even actually say anything about being gay," Santana told the slightly upset and tired girl, continuing to run her fingers through Julia's hair.

"That doesn't give them the right to say stuff behind our back and laugh at us," Julia pouted.

"I know, but that's just how our society works," Santana shrugged.

"It's not the fact that they ruined our shot at Nationals," Julia started, turning the topic back to 'the kiss that missed'.  "It's that they were able to have that kiss and we can't," Julia's voice broke at the end as Santana felt her heart break with it.

Santana reached down and grabbed one of Julia's hands, intertwining their fingers.

"I promise it gets better," Santana whispered.  "I promise."

"You still wanna rip Rachel's eyes out?" Julia asked, walking over to Santana's locker and leaning her back against the wall.
