Layton walked into the full choir room, keeping his head down as he figured that the club had already heard the news. But he picked his head up when he felt a hand on his chest.
"I would stop right there if I were you," Sam had stopped his ex-best friend as the rest of the glee club stood behind him.
"Uh, what's going on?"
"Oh, don't play dumb, string bean," Santana said in her usual annoyed and insulting tone.
"We've all voted and come to a conclusion, as a group, that you have been ousted," Rachel told the boy.
"What does that even mean?" Layton furrowed his eyebrows.
"It means we've kicked you out, dude," Finn blatantly told the sophomore.
"You can't do that!"
"Uh, I think we can," Artie said, pretending to think about it.
"Mr. Schue," Layton pleaded.
"Nope, we've all made a decision. What you did was wrong and you need to face the consequences," the teacher said, off to the side from the high schoolers.
"Whatever, you guys are lame anyways," Layton scoffed before turning to leave.
"Wait, I think you wanna hear this," Puck stopped the boy who spun on his heels to face the group once again. "You're off the football team."
"What? You guys can't do that!"
"Well, actually, we've told the Beiste what you did and she agrees that you clearly think your own ego is bigger than the team. Also, you missed a practice, so you were gonna be kicked off anyway," Puck shrugged.
Layton let out another exaggerated sigh, shaking his head and heading for the door.
"Wait! One last thing!" Julia stopped the boy this time, moving to the front of the crowd.
Layton turned in a matter of milliseconds at the sound of Julia's voice. He stared into her bright green eyes for a couple moments of suspenseful silence.
"See ya in hell, sucka!" Julia shouted with a smirk and an overexaggerated wave as everyone cheered, saying their own taunting goodbyes to the boy.
"Bye, bitch!"
"Goooooodbyeeeeee!"
"I hope I never see your rat-ass looking face again!"
"Don't bump your head on the way out, giraffe!"
Once the boy had left the room, laughter broke out as everyone surrounded the freckled Latina in a bone-crushing group hug.
"I love you guys so fucking much!"
"Julia! Language!"

Julia unlocked her phone and went right to JBI's website to check on the Prom Queen projector. Julia smiled as she noticed she had regained her rightful spot, 9% above Quinn.
"Julia! You're so brave! Those bruises are your battle wounds and show that you beat all the odds! You're our rightful Prom Queen!" a girl said, holding hands with her boyfriend as she passed Julia by her locker.
"Thank you so much, girl!"
"Julia, I'd drop my girlfriend for you! You're really pretty!" the boy said as his girlfriend hit his arm.
"You aren't too bad yourself, gorgeous," Julia gave the boy a wink as he walked away giggling, his girlfriend softly yelling at him, causing Julia to laugh at the effect she had on people.
