You entered the infirmary to see a bunch of people where there too. You sat down on one of the empty beds and wited for Madame Pomfrey. She was over by a large group of people in the back of the room where you could see a few of the Weasleys, Granger, Luna, Potter and Professor Lupin. It was odd to see him there. He wasn't a teacher at the school anymore. You figured he might have been called to help defend the school when the Death Eaters put the Dark Mark in the sky.

"Snape killed him. I was there, I saw it." Potter said. You looked over at them. "We arrived back on the Astronomy Tower because that's where the Mark was. Dumbledore was ill, he was weak, but I think he realized it was a trap when we heard footsteps running up the stairs. He immobilized me, I couldn't do anything, I was under the Invisibility Cloak and then Malfoy came through the door and disarmed him. More Death Eaters arrived and then Snape...and Snape did it. The Avada Kedavra." Potter stopped talking, not able to continue. Silence fell throughout the room when a Song of a Phoenix randomly rang though the darkness outside. Everyone listened for a bit before McGonagall entered the room.

"Molly and Arthur are on their way. She said and then asked Potter what happened. You didn't know who Molly and Arthur were but assumed it was parents of the the man laying in the bed that they all stood around.

"Snape killed Dumbledore." Potter said.

"What?" Sam asked. She was sitting on the bed next to you. "Dumbledore is dead?" She obviously wasn't listening to the group before.

"Yes." You said sadly. "But..." You looked out the window. "Where is Draco?"

"(Y/n)?" Sam said. "What does Malfoy have to..."

"He was told to kill Dumbledore. If Snape did it, then... what happened to Draco?" You replied, still looking at the night sky. You laid down on the bed as Potter's group started talking about what happened right before the attack.

You were just so tired after the fight, you couldn't fight sleep anymore. You closed your eyes and drifted off only to be woken some time later to the doors to the infirmary flying open.

In came an older lady and man with a young lady you recognized as Fleur Delacour, the girl from your 4th year, the one that was in the Triwizarding Tournament.

"Molly, Author, I am so sorry." McGonagall said as she greeted the guests. They all walked over to the rest of the group.

"You said Grayback attacked him?" The man called Arthur said.

"Grayback?" You whispered to yourself. 'When did he get to the school.' You thought to yourself. He didn't come when the other came. You sat up in bed. Sam was gone. She must have left after you feel asleep.

"And what do you mean by zat?" Fleur said loudly. "What do you mean, 'e was going going to be married?"

Madame Pomfrey looked over at you and started over your way.

"You theenk he will not wish to marry me anymore? You theenk, because of these bites, he will not love me?" Fleur went on.

"Let me take a look at you deer." Madame Pomfrey said, lifting your arm. She examined you before letting you leave. You thanked her and headed out of the room. You wanted to find Draco, even though you knew that he would have left the school with Snape.

The next morning, many of the parents showed up at the school so take their children home with them. Sabastien's mom picked him and Sam up before breakfast.

You sat down at the Hufflepuff table for breakfast and looked over at the Slytherin table where Draco would have been. Crabbe and Goyle were taking amongst themselves. Not many of the students were were eating. The staff table now seated the Minister, Rufus Scrimgeour. You stood and walked over to the Slytherin table.

"Draco's not here!" Spat Perkinson. You ignored her.

"Have you heard from Draco?" You asked Crabbe and Goyle. The both shook their heads. "I haven't either." You said sadly. I figured he would have contacted me already."

"He hasn't?" Goyle asked, shocked. "What's going on?" He asked. Crabbe and Goyle where Draco's best friends but he wasn't telling them anything.

"It's complicated." You sighed. "I'm sure Draco will let you in on the secret soon." You said before waking away from the table. It wasn't long before you found yourself in the star room packing up the Pygmie Puffs. Your niffler, (n/n), was sleeping on the couch. You picked him and the puffa up and headed outside. Walking along the long bridge over the lake that took you into Hogsmead, you made it there without interference.

"(Y/n)?" The voice of your mother filled your ears. You spun around on the spot and saw her standing in front of Honeydukes. "I was just about to come get you."

"Where is Draco? Is he ok?" You asked.

"He's fine." She said. "Do you want to stay here or..."

"I want to be with Draco!" You cut her short. "I want to know what happened. I'm not staying here. I'm going home!" You demanded.

"How exactly where you going to do that?" She asked. You gave her a dirty look.

"I don't know," you said calmly. You could Apparate but you didn't have a license to do so. The train wouldn't be there until after Dumbledore's funeral. "Floo powder, I guess." You said after a few seconds of thinking. Your mother looked at you as if to say, 'don't be stupid.' You were afraid of fire, but Draco was worth facing that fear. If it ment you could see  with your own eyes, that Draco was safe, you would travel by fire.

"I'll Appreciate us." She said and held out her arm. You took it and before you knew it you were standing on the pathway to the Malfoy manner. You ran through the doors and into the sitting room. (N/n) jumped out of your arms and ran off. You sat the puffs down and saw that Lucius Malfoy was on the sofa speaking to his wife. They both stop talking and looked up at you.

"Where's Draco?" You asked.

"His room." Narcissa said. You took off and ran up stairs to Draco's room.
