You and Draco walked out into the misty evening. As Draco said, noone noticed you guys leave. You walked around the grounds for a few minutes in silence. You were enjoying the quite, when Draco spoke.

"Are you cold?" He asked. You looked at him confused. "You're shivering." You smiled. You hadn't even noticed how chilly the evening air was.

"I was to busy enjoying the lack of noise to realize I was cold." You said, as you nodded. Draco smiled.

"Do you want to go back inside?" Draco suggested.

"Are you nuts? I'm not going back in there until the noise level goes back down." You said, like Draco had lost his mind. Still smiling, Draco pulled you further from the manner. "Where are we going?" You asked.

"To the garden where we first met." He stoped walking and looked into your eyes. "Where I first fell in love with you." He whispered before walking again. You smiled and walked along side him.

You walked in silence and finally made it to the garden. You sat down on the bench under the tree and looked up. The setting sun usely came through the trees around this time, but because of the mist, you couldn't see it.

"It's been a while since we've sat here." Draco said calmly, as he sat down next to you. You looked at him and nodded. You rested your head on his shoulder. From inside the mist, you noticed (n/n). He had fallowed after you and Draco. You sat up and called for your niffler. He came running right to you.

"Was it too loud for you too?" You asked (n/n), as if he could speak back. Draco stood up.

"Let's go inside." He said softly, looking at the mist. You looked up at him, confused. "(N/n) wasn't the only one who fallowed us." You nodded and fallowed Draco into the muggle house.

"Who did you see?" You asked once you shut the door quickly. Draco put his finger to his his lips, to motion for silence. You put the niffler down and watched out the window with Draco. Before long, Dameon walked by. You looked back Draco.

"What does he want?" You whispered. Draco shrugged his shoulders.

"Oh (l/n)! I saw you come this way!" Dameon called thew the mist. You felt Draco grab your hand.

"Go up stairs." Draco whispered. "And take (n/n) with you." You nodded and picked up the niffler. You kissed Draco before heading up the stairs.

"Where oh where are you?" Dameon's voice filled the air. You got to your room and sliped inside, quietly shutting the door behind you. You peaked out your blinds and saw that Dameon wasn't alone. By his side was was a girl you didn't recognize, who was pointing at the house. Chills sent down your spine. The two started walking towards the the door. Soon, they vanished out of sight. You heard a creepy, slow knock on the door.

"Oh my lovely (y/n), did you go into this muggle house?" Dameon asked slowly. You crouched under the window, still holding (n/n), and closed your eyes.

"She doesn't want to talk to you." You heard Draco say.

"Well to bad." The girl's voice flooded in. When you didnt hear a reply, you put (n/n) on the bed and step out of your room. You tiptoed down the hall until you could see Draco and the intruders at the door. They weren't saying anything but staring at each other. Dameon's eyes drifted up, and must of spotted you because he grinned. Before you knew it, Dameon disappeared and repaired behind you with two loud cracks. The girl grabbed Draco just as Dameon vanished. You flipped around so see him.

"You should be thankful your alive." Dameon whispered as he stepped closer. "Because, you see, it was my father who killed your friend. It was my father who almost killed you and that mudblood." You glared at him. "And for some reason didn't take you out."

"(Y/N)!" Draco called out.

"Hush boy." The girl said, putting a hand over Draco's mouth.

"Now, you see, I'm not complaining. I'm glad he didn't kill you." Dameon said, as if the stuggle down stairs wasn't going on.

"Petrificus Totalus!" The girl yelled. You heard a thud from the bottom on the stairs. You truned to the source of the sound and found Draco frozen.

"Don't worrie about him." Dameon said and grabbed your arm. "Because, you are mine!" You felt yourself be pulled into him.

"NO... I... AM... NOT!" You yelled. (N/n) came funning from your room and bit Dameon on the leg. He let go of you and kicked the niffler. (N/n) flew down the hall.

"Dame thing." Dameon grumbled, pulling out his wand. "I'll kill him." He pointed his wand and lifted it in the air. "Avada.." but when he moved his wand down to finish his spell, the wand stayed in mid air. "...Kedavra" he looked down at the niffler laying on the ground, then looked around for his wand.

"GET... OUT... OF... MY... HOUSE!" You said, coldly. You didn't feel like you. Dameon looked back at you. "Take that girl and leave!"

"Oooo... you are a bit demanding." Dameon said, as if this excited him.

"Leave." You said again. Dameon smirked, and reached for his wand. You, controlling the wand, lifted it out of his reach.

"Give me back my wand." Dameon demanded.

"Oh I'll give it to you." You said calmly but in an icey tone, and snapped the wand in two before letting it falled to the ground. "Now! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"  You yelled and sent him and the girl flying out the door, which slammed shut and locked. You ran over to (n/n). The poor thing wasn't moving. You picked him up and walked down to Draco, who was still frozen. You layed (n/n) beside Draco.

"I'll go get some help." You said to Draco, holding back tears.
