A few more days flew by. You and Sam had patched things up were best friends again. Sam and Sebation were no longer fighting and Draco was always off doing something. He developed a new habbit of keeping his distants with everyone. Even Crabbe and Goyle were ignored.

You sat at the breakfast table with sam one morning, when you heard Granger's voice say...

"Stanley Shunpike, conductor on the popular Wizarding conveyance the Knight Bus, has been arrested on suspicion of Death Eater activity. Mr. Shunpike, 21, was taken into custody late last night after a raid on his Clapham home."

'She must be reading an article', you thought.

"Stan Shunpike, a Death Eater?" Asked Potter, in shock.

"He might have been put under the Imperius Curse." Weasley pointed out. "You never can tell."

"It doesn't looked like it." Granger answered. "It says here that he was arrested after he was over heard talking about the Death Eater's secret planes in a pub. If he was under the Imperious curse, he'd hardly stand around gossiping about their plans, would he?" You looked over at the Slytherin table. Draco was talking to Zabini. You weren't sure who Stan Shunpike was and thought if he was a Death Eater, Draco would know.

"Oh! Did I tell you?" Sam asked, pulling your attention back the Hufflepuff table. "Hanna was told that her mom had been found dead while we were in Hurbology, about a week ago."

"What?" You said shocked. "Is that why she was pulled out of the class?" Sam nodded.

"I'm guessing it was a Death Eater." Sam said looking at the Slytherin table.

"If you're suggesting that it was Draco's father..." you started.

"No. I was just saying..." Sam said in defense.

"Good, because Lusius Malfoy is still in Azkaban." You cut her off.

"Well, anyways." Sam said, changing the subject. "I have a lot of homework to catch up on, so I'll see you later." She stood and left the Great Hall, leaving you sitting at the table alone.

"Hey." Draco said and sat beside you. "You busy today?" He asked, as you looked up at him. You shook your head no. "Good, cuz I kinda need your help."

"With what?" You asked curiously.

"Well, um...." Draco started then handed you a small stack of papers.

"What's this?" You looked at the papers.

"Can I explain in the star room?" Draco asked you in a pleading tone. You nodded and walked to the star room with Draco.

"What's going on Draco?" You asked, once you were inside.

"With all the other stuff I have to do, I don't have time to do my homework. I've already gotten detention with McGonagall for not getting it done twice." Draco said shutting the door. "And whats worse, is that it takes place during the Hogsmeade trip."

"So you want me to do your homework, for you?" You asked, ignoring the last part. "What are you doing that's more important than your homework?" Draco looked down at his left arm. You sighed. "All right, but be worned. The answers will most likely will be wrong."

"Thank you." Draco said and pulled you into a hug.

"But you owe me big time, Draco." You said playfully, and hug him back. "I want Fizzy Wiz Bees."

"Ok, ok. Whatever you want." He said and looked you in the eyes. You couldn't help yourself. Draco had never asked you for help. This side of him was just too adorable. You smiled at him. "What?"

"Nothing" you said and kissed him. "I love you, my Slytherin Prince." You and Draco started your way back the Great Hall, hand in hand. You noticed that there was people on the quidditch field.

"What are you looking at?" Draco asked. You had stopped walking and was watching the Gryffindors fly around. "Oh." Draco said annoyed. "They're picking new team mates." You looked at Draco.

"When is the Slytherin tryouts?" You asked. Draco looked back at you.

"It's already done." He said and started walking again, pulling you along.

You spent the rest of the morning with Draco in the Great Hall. You were working on homework together. Draco didn't think it was a good way to spend hus time. He keept trying to leave.

"I know you have things to Draco, but just sit down and do you assignment." You said when he stood to leave again. "Come on," you grabbed his hand. "I'm just asking you to sit with me and do what you're suppose to do."

"You said..." Draco started.

"I know what I said. But I'm not going to do ALL the work." You said cutting him off. He sighed and sat back down. "Thank you."

Around lunch time, you looked up to see Potter and his friends walking into the room. They were on their way to the Gryffindor table, when Slughorn walked up to them. You nudged Draco. He looked at you then at the Gryffindor table.

"What's going on?" You asked curiously, as Slughorn looked sad. Then he got excepted and left.

"Oh, I bet it's the Slugclub." Draco said in a drawl and looked back down at his book.

"The what?" You asked confused.

"Oh, it's group of students that Slughorn has deemed worthy of his attention." Draco said annoyed, still looking at his paper. You looked at Draco with confusetion still. The silence made him look up at you. "Zabini's in it." Draco said, assuming that you wanted to know how he knew that.

"I see." You said looking back at Potter and his friends. "So he has deemed Potter worthy then?"

"I guess." Draco answered you looking at Potter then back at his paper.

"You seem upset at that." You said softly. Draco gave you a side glance.

"I'm not upset over it." Draco stated mater of factly. "I just don't think it's all that fair. Slughorn has picked a few students to be his favorite and that's not right."

"Oh," you said smiling. You couldn't stop yourself. Draco had given you the opportunity to point out he was a hypocrite. "You mean like Umbridge did last year." Draco sat up and gave you a dirty look. "She did the same thing Draco. Your just upset because Slughorn hasn't picked you to join his little club."

"It's not the same!" Draco snapped.

"Yes it is." You said calmly. "The only difference is, you're not in it and Slughorn doesn't expect his members to punish the other students." Draco looked back at his paper.
