That Friday came along. It was the Easter holiday vacation. Sam and Sebastian had gone home for the holiday. Meanwhile, you hid in the glass tower, the one you found last year. You had brought your friends up there last year to watch the last task of the triwizard tournament. You didn't think Draco would come looking for you here, but he did.
"There you are." Draco said, worried, as he shut the door behind him.
"Go away." You said, depressed. Draco, ignoreing your request, walked closer. You were laying on the floor, looking out the window.
"I know you're upset." Draco said, sitting down behind you. You didn't answer him. "Talk to me."
"Talk to you!" You sat up and flipped around. "Why on earth, should I talk to you? You don't tell me anything!"
"I didn't tell you about the squad because I knew it would upset you." Draco said calmly.
"Draco! She took our niffler away! Dosen't that tell you how cold she is?" You yelled.
"I have more power now, (y/n). I can do more to protect you." Draco said, defensively.
"I don't what you to protect me! I want my baby back!" You yelled and layed back down facing the window again. You pulled your knees to your chest. "I want (n/n)." You said softly, almost crying.
"My Hufflepuff Princess..." Draco started.
"Don't!" You spat. "Don't start!" You rolled over to face him. "You're being a power hungry jerk! And before you say anything, go ahead, take Hufflepuffs points, we never win anyways. Why even bother trying?" Draco looked shocked at your response. "You seem to take points from everyone anyways. You enjoy it, so go ahead, take them!" You got up and left him sitting there.
Draco's pov
"(Y/n)!" Draco called after you. He got up and chased you down to the Great Hall before being stopped by Perkinson.
"Oh, Dracky!" She said running up to him.
"Not now, Pansy." He said and looked around for you. "Great, I lost her. Were did she go?" Draco whispered to himself.
"I wanted to let you know, (l/n)'s name was on that list I found in the Room of Requirement. She was part of Dumbledore's Army." Perkinson said, cheerfully. "Don't you see?" She went on, seeing Draco's dirty look. "She's in trouble for being a part of that." She was right. He hadn't thought about that. Surely Umbridge was going to do something curl to you.
"I know." Draco said. "I'm not stupid." Umbridge had told Draco, and everyone on the squad, to keep an eye on those on the list. Draco had already known, however. You told him when you came back to the school after the Christmas brake.
"So dumb her already." Perkinson said, in her normal snobbish tone. Draco gave her another dirty look.
"That's not going to happen, and you know it." Draco said, and walked away. The day soon faded into the next. Draco found you in the owlery, petting one of the schools post owls.
"What are you doing here?" Draco asked you. You jumped at his words.
Your pov
You weren't expecting him to walk in. You weren't doing anything, just visiting the birds.
"Arrows not back yet?" Draco asked, looking around.
"No. It's been a while." You said quietly.
"(Y/n), I'm sorry I betrayed you." Draco said, walking up to you. "I never ment for you to feel this way." You looked at him. Your eyes were watery. "You know, I still love you, right?"
"I know you do." You said, hugging him. You were still mad at him, but couldn't help yourself. You loved the idiot. "I'm sorry." Draco whispered and hugged you back. As Draco held you, you heard a hooting. You pulled back to see Arrow standing on a perch, a letter at Draco's feet. He picked it up and opened it.
"It's from my father." He said, starting to read out loud.
'...I was able to safe the niffler. Let your girlfriend know that her pet is safe at home. It took me some time to explain that this particular niffer was different. Once I got the Department of Magical Creatures to understand, they handed him over...' Draco read, smiling.
"So he's safe?" You asked, wanting Draco to conform that what you heard was right.
"Yes, my Hufflepuff Princess, our baby is safe." Draco said putting letter in his pocket, and blushing slightly from calling (n/n) 'our baby'. You knocked Draco to the ground by hugging him, and before you could stop yourself, you were kissing him. You pulled back, realizing you were supposed to be mad at him.
"What was that for?" Draco said, smiling as he layed on his back, you ontop of him. He wrapped his arms around your waist. You couldn't help it. You layed you head on his chest.
"Thank you." You said softly and let Draco hold you for a little bit. "You know, I'm still mad at you."
"I know." Draco said letting go of you. You both got up and headed back downstairs.
"Yeah, it's horrible." You heard the fermiller, dreamy, voice of Luna Lovegood. You rounded the corner, hand in hand with Draco.
"How did it happen? Who he'd her?" A Ravenclaw girl said.
"I bet it was one of the Slytherins." Another girl said. You looked at Draco Draco confused, he had the same look.
"You better go," you whispered. "I think, if they see you, they'll accuse you of what ever I'd going on." Draco nodded, gave you a quick kiss and headed back the way you came. You walked up to the group.
"Hi Luna." You said. You truned and gave to a large smile. "What's going on?"
"Marietta Edgecombe, she's been hexed." One of the girls said, scared for the girl. "The poor thing is horribly disfigured."
"She's got pruple pustules across her cheeks and her nose that spells out the word 'SNEAK', all in capital letters." The other girl said.
"How did it happen?" You asked. It did not sound like something a Slytherin would have done. If it had been one of them, surely it wouldn't say anything, but rather just cover her whole face.
"She won't say." Luna said. "But I'm sure nargles have something to do with it." She said softly, as she walked away.
"Luny is so wired." The one girl said.
"He name is 'Luna'!" You said, angrily and fallowed after Luna. You fallowed her into the infirmary. Marietta was, indeed, as the girls said.
