"Are you seriously going to tell me that you're not going to go talk to him because he's in Hufflepuff?" You asked Carrow. "I just gave you a lechter on how you shouldn't judge someone by their blood. Do I really need to explain that it does not matter what house you're from? How would you feel if someone didn't want to talk to you because you're in Slytherin?" You went off on her. Draco took your hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. You ignored him. "How can you be so daft?"

"I...." Carrow said then sighed. "Alright, I'll go talk to him." She got up and headed over to Keven Flint, who was facing down at his book, but was clearly looking over it at her.

"Isn't he Marcus Flints brother?" Draco asked as you, Draco and Greengrass watched Carrow.

"Yup, although I dont think she realized that." You replied and looked back at Draco.

"If I would have said something like that back in our 1st year..." Draco said looking a but nervous.

"I would have given you the same speech." You said sternly. "And I practically did at times, telling you it wasn't nice to call people 'mudblood'."

"So, you wouldn't have gotton mad at me for saying 'you're a Hufflepuff' like Carrow did about flint over there?" Draco questioned not believing you.

"No, I would have been livid with you. Good thing you didn't say such a thing. I probably would have went off on you like I did her." You smiled at Draco.

"You two are gross." You heard Greengrass say as Draco leaned in and kissed you. You looked back at her. Her cheeks had truned a deep red.

A few days went by. You had made Draco study for the O.W.L.s with you. He seemed to mind though. However, your fellow classmate, Ernie Macmillan, kept asking people how long they were studying each day. It was getting on your nerves.

"Of course, it's not what you know, its who you know. Now, father's been friendly with the head of the Wizarding Examinations Authority for years--old Griselda Marchbanks-- we've had her around for dinner and everything..." You heard Draco say one evening at dinner, just a few days before the exams were to start. Apparently, he had been saying that the whole day. Sam had heard him telling people that a few hours before you heard it, and Granger was telling you just before dinner that Draco had said that before they went into potions. You rolled your eyes as he repeated it again to another group of students. He was just trying to make people panic and it was working. You finished your dinner and walked over to him.

"Draco, stop causing maham." You said annoyed and sat between him and Perkinson. "Look at the problems your causing." You nodded your head over to a group of 5th years frantically flipping threw books as the ate. Draco let out a small laugh, which made you glare at him. "Grow up." You said and left the table.

Later that evening, Draco found you studying alone. You were sitting by the lake reading your history of magic book. He didn't say anything, just sat down on the grass beside you. You looked up, then returned to your book.

"Are you upset with me?" Draco asked. You nodded, still looking at your book. "Because I laughed at the panic I caused?" Again, you nodded. He didn't say anything after that. After a minute, you looked up and he was staring at you.

"Can I help you?" You asked him rudely. You were still angry with him. He was doing so good, he wasn't acting like a total jerk for a while, then he goes right back to his old bully self.

"Nope," he looked at the lake and leaned back against the tree you were under. "Just wanted to get a good look at you before you realize you actually hate me."

"Draco," you said sighing, as you put your book down. "I do not hate you. I just thought, maybe, you had grown up, that's all."

"I have!" He replied defensively and sat up.

"You were acting like you were still back in our third year!" You put your book in your bag.

"I..." he started.

"Don't make excuses, just own up and take responsibility." You spat. "I am so sick of you acting like you're better then everyone!"

"Are you going to brake up with me again?" Draco asked pulling back and speaking softly.

"N..no." you said, calmly. "I don't want to do that." Had you broke up so much, that a simple disagreement make him afraid you were going to do it again? "I love you so much, Draco. That's the last thing I want to do." Draco looked at you confused. "I just want you to be nicer to people. You dont have to like them, just be civil."

"So, you're not going to leave me?" Draco asked curiously. You shoock your head. "Really?" He smiled. "I'm glad, cuz I thought for sure you were going to." Before you realized it, he was hugging you. "I don't want to split up." You smiled and hugged him back.

"The exams are in just a few days," you said pulling out of the hug. "We should study some more." He nodded in agreement. The two of you pulled your books back out of your bags and started testing each other. Draco wasn't doing to well with the facts. He was struggling to remember simple history facts. You eneded up moving into the star room as the sky grew dark. Before you knew it, it was Saturday morning. You had been up all night preparing for the exams on Monday. Draco had finally managed to remember the facts correctly, but would he be able to remember them when taking the test?

"Draco, it's morning now, I'm gonna take a nap. You said yawning, and laying down on the couch.

"Ok, my Hufflepuff Princess." He replied and coverd you up. "I'll see you later, I need to check in with the other prefects." He smiled as you closed your eyes. "I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too, my Slytherin Prince." You whispered before drifting off to sleep.
