A few weeks went by after you got the reply from Draco's father. You didn't bother replying back or doing what you were told. You and Draco were not going to brake up because you were told to.

At lunch one day, Ginny Weasley ended up at the Hufflepuff table. She told you and Sam that Potter had found a place to meet for the first secret lesson of Defense Against the Dark Arts.

"Tonight, eight o'clock, seventh floor opposite that tapestry of Barnabas the Bold being clubbed by those trolls." She said, before heading off.

"That's awesome, but..." you said to Sam. "I have plans with Draco. He was going to help me with potions."

"So come up with something." Sam said, as you looked down. "Ooo, I know." You looked up from your plate to look at her. "Tell him you can't because you don't feel good."

"Yeah, right. He'll insist I go see Madam Pompfhy and he would go with me." You halfway laughed. "But you are onto something. What if I just tell him I'm worn out from the day?"

"That might work. If you can't get away, I'll just let the others know." Sam reinsurerd you.

After the days classes you found Draco and was sitting with him in the postions classroom. Draco was helping you with your homework for Snape. Around 7:30 PM, you acted like you were getting to tired to keep going. You layed your head down on the table as Draco explained the uses for a few ingredients.

"Are you ok?" He asked you halfway through his sentence.

"It's been a long day," you said, yawning. "I think I'm gonna head to bed early."

"Ok," he said and moved around the table to you. "Go on up to your dorm, I'll clean up." Draco gave you a kiss before walking you to the door. "I'll see you tomrrow, my Hufflepuff Princess."

"Thanks." You smiled at him and headed off. You snuck up to the seventh floor and found a door that wasn't there before. You walked in and found a bunch of people, Sam and Sebastian amongst them. The room was coverd in bookshelfs with loads of books and a few dark detectors, such as, Sneakascopes and Secretary Sensors. On the floor, layed some large silk cushions. Potter was giving a speech, and the group decided to call themselves Dumbledores Army, the D.A. for short. Potter started talking again and in the end said that everyone should start with the basics. A few people, disagreed but did it anyways. It was a good thing too. You were shocked to see just how many of them had trouble with expelliarmus.

You practiced along side Sam and Sebastian for a while, when you noticed the Weasley twins gooving off. You walked over to find out why they were messing with Zacharia Smith. He was a fellow Hufflepuff and was a chaser on the Quidditch team. The twins were taking turns making his wand fly out of his hand before he or his partner could cast the spell. However, before you got over there, Potter was putting a stop to their fun. You walked over anyways.

"Hi," you said to the two boys. "I'm (f/n)(l/n)." They both looked at you with a questioning look. "I was just wondering, why pick on him?" You asked and pointed to your fellow Hufflepuff.

"Just having a bit of fun." One of them said. You weren't sure who was who.

"We didn't mean anything by it." The other one said.

"It's fine, he'll get is back in Quidditch." The first one said to his brother. They were really tall, so you had to look up to talk to them.

"Anyways," you interrupted them. "If you could leave my fellow Hufflepuffs alone, I would appreciate it. It's bad enough I have a problem with the Slytherins picking on us. Please don't put Gryffindor in the same category." You said and walked back to your friends.

The lesson went on for a while before Potter realized how late it had gotten. Everyone headed back to their dorms in groups of twos and threes. You and Sam headed out together. You were laying in bed thinking how Draco wouldn't like you being taught by Potter, who seemed to be farly good at teaching. The next meeting was going to be on Wednesday night.

The next day, you and Sam were outside enjoying the cool fall weather after lunch. The trees were changeing colors. A sea of orange and red leaves filled the courtyard. Not many people were outside. They would rather stay inside were it was worm, but you couldn't see the beauty from inside. You spotted Perkinson walking towards you alone. You ignored her and kept talking to Sam.

"(L/n)!" Perkinson yelled once she got close enough. "I thought I told you to  stay away from my Drakey."

"He doesn't like that nickname." You said calmly and returned to the conversation with Sam.

"I can call him what ever I like." She said rudely. "Apparently, you haven't learned to stay away from him." You looked at her but let her continue talking. "You don't get it do you? He is using you. Last year, he wanted nothing to do with you."

"That's because they were fighting." Sam spoke up. "You're just jealous that Malfoy picked (y/n) over you. Now, go away, and leave us alone."

"You filthy little mudblood," Perkinson faced Sam now. "How dare you speak to me with the mudblood mouth. Perhaps, I should..." She pulled her wand out and pointed in at Sam, and before you could comprehend what was happening, Sam was coverd in boils.

"You will pay for this Perkinson." You said in low, cold tone. Perkinson pointed her wand at you, but before she could do anything her wand was flying across the courtyard. You had pulled your own wand out and sent hers flying with the spell you practiced with the D.A. You helped Sam up.

"That was amazing. It went so far away." Sam said, as you walked with her to see Madam Pompfhy, who fixed her up like new.
