"I wish I could bring (n/n) with me to school." You said resting your head on Draco's shoulder.
"Why can't you?" He asked, resting his head on yours.
"He's not a cat, owl or toad." You said plainly.
"So, Ron Weasley has that rat." Draco sounded disgusted saying the name. "Wright and see if Dumbledore would make an exception." You looked at Draco like he was nuts.
"You don't like Dumbledore."
"But, I like you. He said looking back at you."
Draco's pov
He wanted to kiss you right then. Your eyes were so beautiful and bright. He looked back at the pond.
"What's the worst that can happen? He tells you no?" You nodded and layed your head back on his shoulder. Draco moved his arm around your waist and pulled you into him. You sat there with him holding you for a long time.
'Why can't I just do it?' Draco thought to himself. The swing swayed as the day went by.
"Draco?" You said. Draco was deep in thought, and when you spoke, it pulled him back into reality. He jumped a little and looked down at you with a smile.
"Speaking of my little niffler, he's still at my house." You pointed out. 'Dose she want me to go get him?' Draco asked himself.
"I can't go back there, but I also don't want (n/n) there either." You went on.
"I'll get him for you. Don't worrie about it." Draco stood up. "But you will have to face your parents soon."
Your pov
You knew he was right. You had left there and just never went back. Your parents knew you were safe because Mr. Malfoy had send Arrow over with a note. It had only been one night but you didn't want to see either of your parents.
"I'll go over now and get him for you." Draco told you. You nodded and said thanks to him as he walked off. You were left under the weeping willow by yourself. It was truly peaceful under the tree.
Draco's pov
Draco got to your house and knocked on the door. You father answered it.
"Oh, Draco. Where's (f/n)?" You father asked him, looking around him out the door.
"She's not comming," Draco said trying not to sound cold towards him. "She's upset with you."
"How come?" Your mother said walking into view.
"She thinks your hidding something from her." He said as if you were the crazy one. "I'm only here to get her niffler."
"Well, come in." You mother said kindly. Draco walked in and (n/n) ran up to him.
"There is something that we are hidding." She continued. "We can't tell you the details becuase your..." Draco cut her off.
"I know, he's your secret keeper. But Why do you need one, and why can't your daughter know the truth?" His voice became colder as he spoke.
"We're not muggles," your father told him.
"I figured that much when (y/n) told me you both once had wands." Your parents looked at each other surprised. "She over heard you two talking to my father." Draco explained.
"We had them taken away by the ministry becuase of our actions when he-who-must-not-be-named was in control." Your father said.
"So you were Death Eaters?" Draco interrupted them. Neither of your parents responded or moved.
"Well I have to get (n/n) back to your daughter, she's probably worried about him." Draco picked the niffler up and carried him out the front door.
Your pov
"You got him!" You were happy to see (n/n) in Draco's arms. You ran up to the two of them. (N/n) jumped from Draco's arms to your shoulder. You hugged Draco tightly.
"I found out a little bit about your parents." Draco told you walking over to the swing. You put your niffler on the ground and you sat next to your boyfriend. He told you all that he had learned. "They didn't confirm that they were Death Eaters, but I think they had something to do with the Dark Lord." You weren't happy about that. He-who-must-not-be-named was an evil person who hated muggles. Why were your parents acting like the creatures that they apparently hated?
"(Y/n)?" Draco spoke after a few seconds of waiting for you to respond. "Are you going to be ok?"
"I don't know." You layed you head on his shoulder and wrapped your arm around his waist. (N/n) didn't seem to like that because he jumped onto Draco's lap and pushed your arm away from him. You smiled at the niffler and sat up.
"Are you jealous (n/n)?" You said jokingly. Draco pulled you back into him, and again, (n/n) got mad. You both laughed when the niffler forced his way to sit between you.
Later that day, you found yourself in Draco's room. You were wrighting a letter to Dumbledore asking to being (n/n) with you.
'Dear Professor Dumbledore, I was wondering if I could bring my pet niffler with me to school. And before you trun me down, know that he's not a normal niffler. His name is (n/n), and he's a good boy. Please send Arrow back with a reply to the Malfoy Manner, because that's where I'm staying for now. Sincerely, (f/n)(l/n)'
You addressed the envelope and handed it to Draco's owl. Arrow hooted before taking off with the letter. Draco walked in his room.
"Where's Arrow going?" He asked watching his bird fly off. You told him you wrote to ask to bring your niffler to the school. Draco sat on his bed.
"So, I was wondering." Draco sounded nervous. You sat beside him. "If you wanted to stay the rest of the summer, and before you answer, you should know it was my moms idea." You hugged him, knocking him over. The two of you layed across the bed now.
"Dose that mean the answer is yes?" Draco said hugging you back. You nodded with a large smile.
"My parents don't know that we're girlfriend and boyfriend yet." Draco said. Still laying on the bed holding you. You didn't care who knew and who didn't. All you cared about was that Draco Malfoy was your boyfriend. It didn't seem to be real though. You liked him so much, but you knew that when school started back up, he would go back to being a jerk. Would you really be able to continue to date him if he did that?
