Before we start, some things you might want to know is:

(f/n) first name
(l/n) Last name
(n/n) Nifflers name
(y/n) You pick if your being called by your 1st or last name

That's it for now, as my story goes on I might add more abbreviations.

It was a beautiful summer evening as you sat in your room. Looking out you window, you could see the large house next door. It was a scary looking place on a large piece of land. Your home was on a large piece of land as well; however, the house you lived in wasn't so strangely spooky. Your parents had told you to stay away from that place, but it was so enticeing to you. You found it intreaging.

The family there had a little blond haired boy. He was always playing in the yard with three other kids. You had sat up in your room almost every evening watching them for as long as you could remember.

They seemed to have this crazy game they always played. It was odd to see all four of them running around on brooms like witches. They were playing with, what looked like three balls. It looked fun though, and you wanted to join them. You had been watching them play this game for many year, and had figured out that they had one ball that would go in the hoops, which there were three on each side of the field. While the other two balls were dodged. If you got hit by the ball you were out of the game.

Now at 10 years old, you wanted to wonder over to the spooky looking house. Then you desiced that tomorrow morning you would get up before your parents and sneak out. You came up with how you would do it as you fell alseep in your bed.

It was easy to sneak out of the house, you got up before the sun rose. The early morning air was chillier than you thought it would be in summer. You wanted to go back and get your sweater, but you didn't dare; in fear of wakeing one, if not both, of your parents.

You stood in front of the house looking at the architecture of the building. You couldn't get close because of a gate that stoped you; however, you could see that it was absolutely gorgeous, looking more like an old castle than a mansion.

A tall man walked out of the front door and walked over to the gate. He had long blond hair, and walked with a cane, which had a silver snake head for it's handle.

"Can I help you, muggle child?" He said in a low cold voice. You looked up at him.

"My name is (f/n)." You said trying not to seem scared of him. He did look intimidating. "I live next door."

"I know you live next door, muggle." The man replayed coldly.

Tilting your head slightly in confustion, you asked, "muggle?" The man told you to go home and not to come back. You left, but not without giving him a dirty look. The sun started peecking up over the horizon as you walked home.

"What is a muggle?" You asked yourself. Shaking your head, you ran threw the small patch of woods on the outskirts of your land.

When you got home, your mom asked where you were. You lied to her, telling her that you were playing in the woods all morning.

A few days had gone by since you has snuck over to see the strange house next door. Tomarrow was your 11th birthday. You were hoping this year, you could have a party like normal kids did. You had a few friend from school, but they had never been over. You parents wouldn't let them come for a visit. No matter how many times you asked "why?," they would just say "Because I said so." That wasn't much of an answer. But to no avail, your mom told you "no" to a party.

That evening, you went to the garden instead of your room to watch the other kids nextdoor. You didn't want to feel worse about your day. While playing in the garden, you saw this cute little creature. It kind of looked like a deformed black plateipus. The creature was grabbing the shiny tools in the garden, and putting the into what seemed like a poutch on it belly.

"Hi there, what are you doing?" You said softly while slowly walking to the creature. It stoped, looked at you shocked, then ran off. A shovel clinging onto the ground. You thought about chasing it, but then decided not to. It would just keep running. It wasn't long before it came back to you. Slowly it walked up to you and you picked it up.

"That's a baby niffler." A boys voice said. You looked behind you, and saw that it was the boy from next door. He was a little taller than you.

"A what?" You asked confused tilting your head. The boy repeated himself.

"Well it's cute." You said looking back down the creature. "You're a niffler, huh? I'll call you,...(n/n)" You said smiling at it.

"They don't usely let people near them, let alone hold them." The boy said looking at the niffler. He then looked at you "I'm Draco Malfoy."

"I'm (f/n) (l/n)." You said smiling at him. The two of you both stood there looking at (n/n), who you were still holding. Finaly you looked up at Draco.

"What's a muggle?" You asked. Draco looked shocked, but answered your question.

"Someone without magic. Where did you hear that word?" He asked you. You told him about the meeting with his father.

"So magic, is real?" You said sarcastically.

"Yes." Draco said most definitely.

"Yeah right" You said almost laughing. Magic didn't actually excite. It was just something that was only in fairytale stories. "Magic isn't real."

"Yeah it is, and I'm wizard." Draco replied proudly. No wonder your parents told you to stay away from them. They were all nuts.

"(F/N)" You heard you mother call for you.

"I have to go." You said walking off to the house with (n/n) still in your arms.

You asked if you could keep (n/n), and you parents said yes. You didn't tell them about Draco though because you didn't want to get into trouble.
