"Is that so?" You said and rolled your eyes at Perkinson.

"Yes!" She yelled, annoyed.

"Alright," you sighed and stood up. "I'll go talk to him."

"You're a Hufflepuff, you can't get into the Slytherin common room." Perkinson said as if you were stupid.

"No duh," you said back to her in the tone she just used on you. "You're going to let me in."

"I most certainly not." Perkinson said, taken aback.

"Do you Draco off the couch?" You gave her a look that said 'moron'. Perkinson nodded. "Well then, you'll let me in. Won't you?" You started walking to the Slytherin common room and Perkinson fallowed behind you.

Once you entered the common room, you saw Draco laying the couch staring off into the fire.

"See what I mean?" Perkinson pointed at Draco. "What did you do?"

"We got into a small fight, nothing more then that." You sighed and walked up behind the couch.

"Are you pouting?" You asked Draco. He didn't move. "Draco!" He rolled over and looked up at you. "Perkinson wants to sit here."

"So" he replied coldly and rolled back over. You rolled your eyes and walked around the front.

"Draco, sit up." He didn't move. "If you wont sit up, then we'll just have to sit on top of you." You said jokingly, while looking at Perkinson. She looked back at you confused. "Right, Perkinson?" You said, looking at her to agree.

"Fine, I'll sit up." Draco said annoyed and sat up. You sat beside him. Perkinson sat on the other side of him.

"Are you really pouting because of our little fight yesterday?" You asked. Draco looked at you.

"You said you were mad because of what I said." You smiled at him.
"What's so funny? I dont find any of this funny!" He said almost in a yell.

"You are the one who said I was mad, Draco. I was never mad at you. I'm disappointed in you and I'm hurt by what you said." Draco looked puzzled. You stood up and pulled up with you.

"Let go talk where other ears can't hear us." You said looking down at Perkinson, who was watching the two of you as if you were some kind of reality TV show. Draco looked Perkinson too, then nodded. Once you were back outside, you spoke again.

"It hurt." You whispered.

"How? I didn't say anything that should have hurt you." Draco looked at you confused. You sat down under the near by tree and sighed.

"My parents are dark wizards. That's true." You looked up at Draco, who was still standing. "But I would have thought, that you had figured out that I'm not like them. I'm nothing like either of them."

"I didn't say you were." Draco sat beside you.

"No, you didn't. You said that you're like your parents, who are also dark wizards." You looked at the ground. "I feel like you're a different person when you're around other people." You looked back at Draco. "And you are. You become someone else, someone I don't know and don't care to know."

"It scared you." Draco said realizing you're fear. "Are you scared that I'll hurt you if I become like my father?"

"No, I'm afraid you'll hurt other people. Innocent people who do not even know our world existed, People who arent like you. People who are like Sam." You said trying not to cry.

"You mean, muggles, half-bloods, blood-traders and mudbloods." Draco said cruelly. You shot him a dirty look at the word 'midblood'. He hadn't used that term around you for a while. "Just because I don't like people like that..." you stood up before he could finish that sentence.
