Viktor and I spent the next couple of hours talking about our lives. I realized that these people here weren't here because they were horrible and scary people, they were here because someone else had forced them to do the one thing they never thought they would do, hide and run for their lives. With the help of Viktor, and after talking to him, I decided to do something I didn't think I was ready to do. I decided to call my friends and let them know that I was alive. I was prepared for anything they were going to say, but I was done pretending to be dead when the people who should have thought I was dead knew I wasn't.

Viktor gave me an extra phone that wasn't registered under anybody. I didn't know whether I wanted to call them all one by one or all together in a conference call. After thinking for some time, I decided to do what we always normally did together. One for all and all for one.

I dialed their numbers, and as soon as they answered, I put them all in one call.

"Hello?" They all said at once.

"Hi guys. It's me...Madi."

I think I was prepared for anything except for the silence that took place. They all just stood quietly without saying anything. I could understand their shock and confusion, so I continued.

"I wanted to call sooner and tell you guys the truth, but I couldn't. One because I didn't think it was safe to do so and two, because I wasn't prepared to face the reality of what this conversation would be like. I understand completely if you guys are mad and don't want to talk to me. I just wanted to call and tell you the truth. I don't want you guys going through the pain of losing me when I'm actually alive..."

"MADISYN!!! OMG, I AM SO HAPPY AND RELIEVED, " shouted Jessy in excitement.

"This can't be happening. I feel like I'm dreaming. I had been waiting for his day for so long, " said Lilly.

"You have no idea. I have no idea at all how happy you just made me. I have been devastated since I heard what happened to you. This is by far the best day of my life, " continued Richy.

"Madisyn, I am so glad that you're alive. I can't wait to see you and hug you again. You have made my day, honestly, " exclaimed Hannah.

"Dude, I am going to kick your ass." Before I say who this is, I'm sure you have already figured it out. Dan would be the only one to express his happiness in that way.

"Please just tell me you're okay and that you're safe. That's all I care about, " said Phil.

"We can't wait to see you, Madisyn. Thank you so much for calling us and telling us the truth. I am beyond happy to hear that you're alive and well, " continued Cleo.

"But wait...why isn't Thomas in the call with us? Asked Richy.

"Ummm, he already knew."

"Excuse me? Thomas knew you were alive before we did?" Exclaimed Jessy.

"I ran into him while I was hiding, and he helped me escape from the police. I begged him not to say anything because I wasn't prepared to tell the truth yet. By the way, I'm not the only one who is alive...so is Silas."

"What??? Is he alive too?" Omg, this day just gets better by the minute."

"All you have to do is tell us that Evan and your parents are alive as well now."

"I wish I really do. But, unfortunately, that's not the case. I just wanted to call and tell you guys. I don't have much time because I'm actually far away from home and I am borrowing a phone. I will keep in touch with you guys, but I just didn't want you guys to be sad and worry anymore, " I said.
