After I left the hotel, I wasn't ready to go see Jake or be with anybody so I stopped by the coffee shop. I had a horrible headache that wouldn't go away so I thought maybe some coffee might help. Not even a few minutes after I got into the coffee shop, I heard someone from my side,

"Madisyn?? Is that you?"

I turned around quickly to see who it was and to my surprise it was someone I didn't think I would ever see again.

"Mr.Walther? Omg it's been so long. How are you?"

"I'm good, thank you for asking. How are you?"

"Mr.Walther I wish I could say that I am good or that my life is all back to normal again." I sighed.

"I heard from someone that the man without a face has been caught. Is that true?"

"Yes it is, he's in jail."

"Well that's good news isn't it? I thought you'd be much happier and relieved after that."

"Yeah I thought I would too. But, looks like I was wrong."

"I don't understand..."

"Are you in a rush? Do you have time to sit down and have coffee with me?"

"I'm free, I was just stopping by to get some coffee before I head home, but I'm sure my wife will understand."

I smiled and looked at the girl behind the counter.

"Can we have two coffees please?" I exclaimed.

"Of course, anything else?"

"That'll be it for now thank you."

I looked back at Mr.Walther and pointed to the table that was located close to us. We both sat down and I placed my hand on his arm and rubbed it from side to side.

"It's so nice to see you again. How is your wife?"

"She is doing good thank God. We had a little health scare a while back but she's recovered and doing well."

"Oh that's terrible I am so sorry. But I'm certainly glad to hear that she's doing better now."

"How is your family? How is Lilli?"

"Lilli is doing good, she's growing up way too fast. My brother and sister go back to college soon. My dad is doing much better now. We also had a health scare with him, he had a stroke so it was tough watching him suffer and not being able to help."

"I understand completely, my wife had a heart attack. As long as he is okay now that's all that matters."

"Two coffees, hope you enjoy" said the girl as she put our coffees on the table in front of us.

"Thank you" we both said and smiled.

"So, what brings you back to Duskwood?" Asked Mr.Walther.

"I missed my friends and Duskwood if I'm going to be honest. Plus, I'm getting married soon so I wanted to be here with all my friends."

"You're getting married? Well that's wonderful. Congratulations. Who is the lucky guy?"

"You won't believe it if I told you hehe it's Jake."

"I always figured you two would get back together. When is the wedding?"

"Well if you and your wife are available I just so happen to have the invitations in my purse. I would love for you to be there."

"We wouldn't miss it for the world."

I smiled and looked through my purse and handed him the invitation. I was so glad to have them with me. Mr.Walther was someone who helped me when I needed help the most and I loved him like a father figure.
