"Happy Valentine's Day Y/n!" Smile Midoriya presenting you with guilts and flowers.

"...Cinnabon I love you but how much did all this cost!?" You cried at the fact that your poor boyfriend probably spent a fortune on all of this stuff.

You weren't big on celebrations, especially those focusing on romantic love. Your grandparents had slot to do with that. But you were a huge sucker for discounts.

So instead of celebrating Valentine's day on the day of, go shopping the day after to get all the great deals on Valentine's Day merch.

"Oh, not much, I bought these months in advance so it was a pretty good deal..." he admitted and laughed nervously.

"...Cinnabon..." you started crying.

"What's the matter!? Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry!" He panicked.

"No no it's not that it's just...your so sweet!" You cried. "Lemme see the receipt for all of this."

"Aw Y/n- wait Huh? Uh...ok..." He was confused but showed you how much he spent on everything and when you saw how low the price was you cried even harder.

"This is the sweetest thing anyone's ever done for me!" You wailed while clutching the receipt as if it were precious jewelers.

"Uh...your welcome Y/n..." he smiled warmly while trying to calm you down.

Most girls want their boyfriend to buy diamonds and jewelry, some girls want roses and candy... you wanted your boyfriend to be as big of a cheapskate as you were.

"Bakugo!" You smiled and went to jump into his arms.

"Nope!" He quickly dodged causing you to fall to the ground.

He didn't like being overly affectionate, especially in public. He thought Valentine's Day was pretty cringe and though you felt similarly, you still enjoyed teasing him.

Leaving love notes in his lockers and desk, switching his lunch out for heart shaped and pink themed foods, kissing him any chance you got, you name it, you did it.

You did everything to piss him off and it worked like a charm. So much so that this year he couldn't take it anymore...this year he came prepared.

"Dude don't you think your taking this too far?" Asked Kirishima.

"You don't understand rock head, she got me a flame thrower attachment for my hero costume! She's not pulling any stops this year and neither am I...." He gave a dark chuckle.

"I don't understand, that sounds exclusively beneficial..." said Mina who was also very confused on why Bakugo was being so weird.

Normally a girlfriend getting her partner a thoughtful and personal guilt would make anyone swoon. But not Bakugo, he knew you only did it to make him feel flustered so he would be

"I'm scared..." admitted Kaminari.

"Just back away slowly..." advised Kirishima copying Mina as she was already out of the room.
