Gabby's POV
As Matt went to grab something from his desk, I couldn't help but wonder what exactly he needed to grab. "What do you need to grab?" He grabbed something quick before turning around to walk over to me. I saw him carrying a bag in his hand when he set it down on the counter and opened it for me. "Here, this is what I need to bring to the firehouse."
I went and looked in the bag and smiled. It was new pictures for his Officers' Quarters. One picture was an updated picture of his Niece, Violet. The second one was a picture of Matteo he must've taken recently and the last one was a picture of us on our wedding day. I loved the sight of those pictures as he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.
"I hope those pictures are okay to show at the firehouse?" I looked up at him and smiled. "I love them. However, this means we are staying at 51 aren't we?" Matt nodded and smiled. "I know I said I would change if you wanted to but....our memories there." I nodded and smiled at him. "I understand. But listen, I already fed him so we eating here or there?"
Matt looked at me. "I made us smoothies for the drive there. However, hopefully we can eat there at the firehouse." I nodded and smiled as he went to grab the smoothies. Once he gave me mine, I smiled. "The stroller already in your trunk?" He nodded and smiled. "Then let's put this guy in his car seat and then we can make our way to the firehouse." Matt smiled at me again before going to grab the car seat, ready to go back to the firehouse for the first time since I gave birth to Matteo and we got married again.
