After both of them swore that they locked the door to the apartment, Alex and Mallory were in the kitchen, kissing each other with Mallory sitting on the counter. Neither one of them had a shirt on when the door slammed open to reveal Callie Torres.

"Oh my God, Mal, I need to talk to you," Callie spoke as soon as she closed the door, paying no attention to what they were doing. "Whenever you get a second."

"Dude."

"Fine," she put her arms up in defense and turned around. "I'm sorry, it's just important."

Callie plopped down on the couch in the living room while Mallory put on a shirt and threw one at Alex to put on as well. They joined Callie in the living room as Mallory asked. "Is this a good, important thing or a bad one?"

"How well do you know George?" Callie asked with an unsure tone. "He's a good guy, you think so, right? Like boyfriend material?"

Alex began to laugh as he slapped his leg. "You like O'Malley—"

"You know what, I didn't ask you, and you better keep your mouth shut," Callie pointed her finger threateningly before turning back to Mallory. "He's really nice, isn't he?"

"Yeah, I mean, he's George," Mallory chuckled to herself. "Why? The two of you hit it off?"

"Kind of, but do you think his friends hate me? I think they hate me," she confessed, seeming bothered by the possibility. "Especially Izzie Stevens. She wants me dead. And Meredith, I don't know, she follows Izzie."

Mallory shrugged, not knowing what advice she should give her friend. She only added. "If it makes you feel any better, she wanted me dead for a while, too. We can make a club or something."

"Ooh, fun, Karev, you wanna join?" Callie turned to him with a smirk. "I know she wanted you dead."

Alex shook his head and replied. "I'm good, thanks."

Callie laughed as she got up, wandering around the semi-big living room. When she got to the wall of pictures, she noticed a picture of Addison and Derek on the wall on what looked to be their wedding day.

"Why do you have a picture of those surgeons from work?" she asked with furrowed brows. "Did you get a Christmas card or something?"

"No," Alex answered, looking just as confused as she was. "That's her brother."
