carb cycling

im so excited to know that im eating at 2100-2300 calories on average. i was so scared that i was eating less than i would like but im happy with where im at bc if i increase it, its gonna be hard to eat to maintain lolll and so im happy 

but i want to start carb cycling and eat at maintenance for the first two weeks of my menstrual cycle and back down to maybe 1700-1800 for the last two weeks where i eat at 200-250 carbs in the first cycle and about 150-160in the second half.

this way, im maintaining my weight healthily and im so excited for this process bc its a much healthier way and i feel like a scientist

it will feel hard at first to restrict myself at first bc i havent done it in so long but when i know i will have two weeks of refeeding... it wont be that hard. i dont want to tank my metabolism but i want to have a good time and look GOOD. like GOOOOD

and my bowel movements aka poop has been GREAT! bc ive been waking up early like 7:30-8:00 which is when my circadian rhytms performs best as well as my colon, clearly. 

so yes, everything is fairly in order and im not particularly "watching" my food. but this will be the first time i will be carb-cycling and honestly im excited to see the results.
