Title is the song 'Gerua' from 'Dilwale'

Vishakha has shown a new side of hers in last two chapters. But actually, it's not a complete flip over of her character. She has always been warm and affectionate towards her family, and is helpful too, as we saw when she helped Jennie... which led to the truth of Sameer and Naina out for the first time. She never showed any resentment towards Ayush whether it was earlier, or after he became a part of their family. She does have some fixed notions and a few flaws but even with Naina, we saw her oscillating between caring and brusque. We have to accept that both the news of their marriage, and what she heard in hospital were a huge shock for her, hence the anger.
So, I'll not call it a change in personality, but betterment of relationship because of communicating and clarifying.

"Yes my dear wife. Tumhe nahi lagta ab toh humein apne honeymoon pe chale jaana chahiye." He asked with innocent face.

Naina moved back, confused, "Lekin honeymoon pe toh shaadi ke baad jaate hain aur..."

He cut her short, "Hamari shaadi hui toh hai. Bhool gayi kya?" His eyes had a glint of mischief as he smiled, "Ya phir se karne ka mann hai... I don't mind. Tum jitni baar kaho main tumse shaadi kar lunga. Woh haldi, woh mehendi, tumhara lehenga, phoolon wala kamra hayee... Naina, chalo kar hi lete hain ek baar aur."

"Ho gaya?" Her lips stretched in a fake smile at his dreamy look, "Ya thoda aur baithna hai khyalon ke ghode pe?"

He flicked her nose, "Baithna hai, saath mein tumhe bhi bithana hai. Aur kahin door leke jaana hai, kisi special jagah."

"Sameer, mera matlab tha honeymoon pe shaadi hote hi jaate hain. Aur hum gaye toh the Kasauli. Ab phir se kyon? Ghar pe sab kya kahenge?" She stated in a worried voice.

"Tab isliye kam din ka plan banaya tha kyonki yahan kaafi kaam tha. Phir Ayush ko bhi tumhare bina rehna achha nahi lagta. Warna main toh ek saal ke liye jaana chahta tha." He said wistfully.

She was still apprehensive, "Sameer aise achha thodi lagta hai ki hum shaadi ke itne din baad sab kaam chod ke ghoomne phirne chale jaayein. Kya kahenge sabse... ki humein ab doosre honeymoon pe jaana hai. Kaun karta hai aisa."

"Madam, do do shaadiyan ki hain toh honeymoon do kyon nahi ho sakte." He winked, "Aur tum sabki tension mat lo. Mummy ne hi kaha hai ki humein jaana chahiye."

Her eyes widened, "Mummy ne?"

He nodded, "Unhone kaha kuch bohot urgent hoga toh online manage kar lena."

Naina smiled, "Hum shayad pehle aise log honge jo shaadi ke saat mahine baad honeymoon plan kar rahe hain." When he appeared confused at her calculation, she reminded, "Pehli shaadi toh saat mahine pehle hi hui thi na, October ke last week mein."

"Jab hamari pehli shaadi hui thi tab toh tumne aisi Lakshman rekha bana rakhi thi ki honeymoon ka H tak nahi phatak sakta tha aas paas." He pouted.

She placed her hands on waist, "Achha? Lekin tum toh nahi ruke. Yaad nahi kya woh sab?" She lifted a finger to her forehead, chin, cheeks... till a hint of colour started to spread on her face at his sly smile. Slowly, she moved her hand away, and turned her back to him, smiling with a blush.

Sameer wrapped his arms around her from behind, whispering in her ear, "Uss waqt toh tum react karti nahi thi. Mujhe nahi pata tha tumne har ek kiss ka record rakha hua hai. Badla lena hai toh kabhi bhi le sakti ho, lekin interest ke saath lena. Kya hai na, marwariyon ka naam kharab nahi hona chahiye."

Placing her hands over his arms around her belly, she leaned back on his chest, "Tumhari har nazdeeki ka asar padta tha mujhpe. Har koshish, har reminder... ki main tumhari wife hun... ek ajeeb si khushi deta tha. Bas main uss khushi ko accept nahi kar paa rahi thi. Lagta tha uspe mera haq nahi hai. Phir bhi dil karta tha tumhe door na jaane dun... rok lun tumhe."
