Hank was downstairs, making some breakfast, while waiting for Jay.

After a few minutes. Jay walked into the kitchen, and sat down.

Hank smiled, and placed the plate of breakfast down, as well as the coffee.

"Made you some breakfast, what you always begged me to make, when you were off from school." Hank explained.

Jay chuckled, and sat down, then warmed his hands with the coffee mug.

"It's nice, having you back in your old room..." Hank smiled.

Jay sipped his coffee, and looked at the door.

"Yeah. Five years, and that window still shakes the wind..." Jay responded.

Hank laughed, and Jay's phone buzzed.

Pat Halstead
"Calling"

Jay looked at his phone, and placed it down.

"Pat. Again..." Jay sighed.

Hank looked at Jay, and put his cup down.

"It'll take awhile, but he'll get used to it." Hank reassured.

Jay nodded, and looked at the alert on his phone.

"Let's go!" Hank ordered.

Jay got up, and walked out of the apartment.

Soon. Hank and Jay arrived at the scene, and Erin and Jay were searching the house.

"So, how's it feeling? You living with Hank, and all?" Erin asked.

Jay looked into the rooms, and replied.

"It's not home? But. It's good?" Jay nodded.

Erin smiled, and heard a soft thud.

"You hear that?" Erin whispered.

Jay nodded, and pulled his gun out.

"CHICAGO PD!" Jay yelled.

Erin followed in suit, and waited for someone to come out.

The door bashed open, and a shirtless guy, walked out.

"Stay away! From me!" Tim ordered.

Erin and Jay raised their hands, and Jay stepped forward.

"Look! We're cops! We here to help you..." Jay reassured.

Tim held the rifle tightly, and looked at Jay.

"Show me some some ID..." Tim ordered.

With Jay hands raised, he managed to point to his badge.

"Right here..." Jay pointed out.

Tim looked closely, and nodded.

"S-Sorry..." Tim apologised.

Jay grabbed the loaded rifle, and placed it down.

"Hands behind your back..." Jay ordered.

Tim apologised, and got cuffed.

"Move your feet." Jay instructed.

Tim walked out of the house, and Erin held the rifle.

At the district. Hank pulled Erin into the corridor.

"Erin? I need you to have Halstead's back. 24/7. I don't want him going off the rails again." Hank spoke quietly.

Erin nodded, and looked at Hank.

"Always!" Erin nodded.

Hank nodded, and walked back into his office.

"Everything good?" Jay asked.

Erin looked at Jay, and smiled.

"Yep! Hank just wanted me to have your back. All day. Everyday." Erin reassured.

Jay smiled, and walked back to his desk.

"I'm beat! Wanna grab a beer? Molly's?!" Adam offered up.

Everyone nodded, and got their belongings.

"Let's go!" Kim smiled.

The unit all laughed, and walked downstairs.

Erin and Jay were soon in a booth, drinking shots.

"So, after a little persuading, and begging. Hank's letting me move back into my apartment..." Jay explained.

Erin smiled, and drank her beer.

"I think he just wants his bathroom, back? But whatever...?" Jay laughed it off.

"Well. You can do some serious damage in a bathroom..." Erin Joked.

Jay slapped Erin's hand playfully, and made a face.

"What? I just meant your messy?" Erin laughed.

Jay laughed, and drank his beer.

"You know? I was beginning to think, that hole you were digging, was gonna be too deep..." Erin looked down.

Jay sighed, and looked at Erin.

"I was lucky, that I had enough people to reach in, and pull me out..." Jay smiled.

Erin smiled, and clinked her shot glass with Jay's.

"Cheers!" Jay smiled.

Erin and Jay downed their shots, and coughed.

"Damn! that was strong!" Jay coughed.

Erin giggled, and smiled.

"I love you. Jason Halstead..." Erin smiled.

Jay smiled lovingly, and looked deeply into Erin's eyes.

"And. I love you. Erin Louise Lindsay." Jay smirked.

Erin and Jay shared a small kiss, and Hank watched on.

"That's my kids!" Hank smirked.

Hank ordered another drink, and talked to the unit.
