Chapter 33

It was a school day. Cassie was walking down the hall to her second class with her best friend - Makayla.

Cassie got to her class, and walked through the doors.

The students were all messing about, and no teacher was in the room.

"M-Miss Andrews isn't here..." Cassie said scared.

Makayla rubbed Cassie's shoulder, and walked to their desks.

"She'll be here soon. Your gonna be okay. I promise..." Makayla whispered.

Cassie nodded, and soon enough. Miss Andrews walked in.

"Morning. Class! Take your seats, and open your textbooks to page 24." Miss Andrews smiled.

Cassie felt reassured, but she wasn't gonna be for long.

The unit were at the bullpen, and it was a paperwork day.

"So? How's Cassie getting on?" Adam asked.

Erin and Jay looked up, and looked sad.

"Cassie's been bullied, and she's trying to rise above it..." Jay admitted.

The unit were all shocked, they had no idea.

"Bullied? Does the school know?" Kim wondered.

Erin shook her head, and sighed.

"Nope! The school said it's normal for kids. Cassie's age. Their not gonna do shit..." Erin explained.

Kim sighed, and reassured.

"Well. Makayla's there, she'll make sure no one hurts Cassie. I promise..." Kim promised.

Erin and Jay smiled, and carried on with their paperwork.

At the school. Cassie felt something get stuck to her back.

Makayla noticed, and ripped the note off.

"What the hell. Kayden?!" Makayla exclaimed.

Kayden smirked, and came up to Cassie.

"You want me to do you hard. Cassie-Bear?" Kayden whispered.

This riled Cassie up, and she chose violence.

Cassie pushed Kayden into a wooden table, making him fall back.

"CASSIE!" Makayla screamed.

Miss Andrews stormed in, and witnessed the scene.

"What happened?" Miss Andrews asked.

"Cassie pushed Kayden into a table. Miss!" Kacey explained.

Miss Andrews looked at Cassie and Makayla, and crossed her arms.

"Cassie? Makayla? My office now!" Miss Andrews ordered.

Cassie and Makayla grabbed their bags, and walked out of the classroom.

"Everything's gonna be okay. I got your back..." Makayla nodded.

Cassie nodded, and walked into the principal's office.

At the district. Jay got a message from the school.

"Damn..." Jay whispered.

Erin looked at her partner, and noticed his expression.

"It's Cassie. Looks like she's acted on her bully. Violently..." Jay explained.

Erin stood up, and grabbed her coat.
