The entire team was crammed into Erin's truck while Jay sipped on his coffee, his leg bouncing restlessly.
"How many cups is that now...?" Hank murmured.
Erin flashed four fingers, leaving the team in disbelief.
"Jay? You good. Man?" Kevin asked.
Jay nodded and smiled.
"I'M PUMPED!" Jay shouted.
The team laughed softly and Erin looked at the time.
"Babe, it's time to go inside," Erin whispered.
Jay nodded, taking a final sip of his coffee.
"Goodbye, my friends!" Jay said with a smile.
The team waved back as Jay stepped out of the truck.
Jay dashed toward the building, eliciting a laugh from Erin.
"Oh God, I'm scared..." Erin murmured.
Hank chuckled and gave Erin's shoulder a reassuring squeeze.
Soon. Erin was outside the exam building and Jay still hadn't came out.
Erin pulled her phone out and texted the team.
Erin:
Quick Update!
The exam should've finished about an hour ago!Jay's not come out yet..
Adam:
Oh! Could it of been held up?
Erin:
Maybe? I don't know?
Antonio:
Don't think too much on it. Erin!It's Jay! How much trouble can he get into?
Kim:
What's happening?
Adam:
Hey Baby!Halstead hasn't come out of the buildingErin's getting worried...
Kim:
