Erin was in the kitchen preparing breakfast with the divorce papers laid out on the table.

"Mama? What are those?" inquired Ashlyn.

Glancing at the papers, Erin quickly covered them with a magazine.

"It's just something Mama needs to sign," Erin responded.

Ashlyn nodded, taking a bite of her banana.

"Where's your sister?" Erin murmured.

Erin walked to the stairs and spoke.

"CASSIE! GET YOUR SKINNY BUTT DOWN HERE!" Erin shouted.

Cassie was on her period and she felt lethargic and sick.

"Mm..." Cassie groaned.

Cassie spotted the uniform dangling from her doorknob.

"Cass-," Erin began.

Descending the stairs, Cassie let out a sigh.

"I'm up!" She declared.

Erin, hands on hips, gave a derisive snort.

"What's gotten into you, Missy?" She inquired.

Seizing her schoolbag, Cassie exited the apartment.

"Wait!" Erin shouted.

The door banged shut, and Erin turned to Ashlyn.

"Let's go," She said with a smile.

Ashlyn jumped down from her stool and clutched Erin's hand.

In Will's apartment, Jay was still sleeping, the covers pulled up over him.

Will entered the room and gently rubbed Jay's back.

"Time to wake up, Munchkin," Will whispered.

Jay groaned, slowly opening his eyes.

"Come on, I've made you bacon and waffles!" Will said, beaming with a smile.

Jay rose and slipped his hoodie back on, shivering from the cold. "Why is it so cold in here?" He wondered aloud.

Will assisted Jay into his wheelchair. "Let's zoom to the moon!" Will declared with a laugh.

Jay chuckled, then sighed wistfully. "That's what I always do with Owen," Will added, still chuckling.

Jay began eating his breakfast with a fork. "Is this Dad's recipe?" He inquired.

Will simply smiled and nodded in affirmation.

"He always made the best waffles..." Jay murmured, almost to himself.

Will agreed with a nod and they both continued their meal.

Hours later, the team gathered in the bullpen while Jay made his way upstairs.

Erin glanced up briefly before returning her gaze downward.

"Hi, Babe," greeted Hailey with a smile.

Jay returned the smile and gratefully accepted the coffee.

Erin watched, a mix of disbelief and confusion on her face, wondering how her husband could seemingly move on so quickly.

In the midst of the afternoon. Jay was in the breakroom when dizziness overcame him.

Clutching the sideboard. He sighed softly and collapsed to the ground.

The sound of his fall brought the team rushing in.

Lying unconscious on the floor, Jay was covered in spilled coffee.

"Jay!" Hailey cried out.

Erin hurried over and knelt beside him.
